For Time to Target Say;    " [X] Kilometers / Nautical Miles  AT   [X] KPH / Knots"


To Set the Timer Say;       " Give Me [X] Minutes "



The Sound file is optional.  It adds a high pitched tone (repeats 3 times) when time is up.
   Place the sound file where you keep your VA profiles and 
   edit the command accordingly
