Installation:
I had previously made \kneeboard\SpitfireLFMkIX folders under my Users\MyUsername\Saved Games \DCS

Any .jpg 750 pixels wide and 1170 long seem to display in the kneeboard if copied there. These are the proper size.
One can choose fit to page when printing to maintain the original size for placement on your kneeboard.

Just unzip or copy the 2 DCS Thrustmaster Joystick and throttle files to your kneeboard folder
For Example : 
C:\Users\**User Name **\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\SpitfireLFMkIX  - For DCS 1.55
C:\Users\**User Name **\Saved Games\DCS.openalpha\Kneeboard\SpitfireLFMkIX - For DCS 2.04

Persaonally, I copied them in. Fired up the sim. Opened my knee board to one or the other and set up my controls that way one by one. It works well as a fast and dirty setup to get me started. No scripting required. Easily edit to taste in windows paint or something.
