About this Squadron
18th Sparrows Competitive is Recruiting
We are seeking for skilled pilots who wish to expand on their PvP DCS experience.
We mainly fly the F-16C and the F/A-18C, however we also value F-14B Pilots and RIOs.
We require the following
- Mature behavior
- Proficiency in your preferred airframe - Full cold start, navigation, basics of formation flying, sensor usage, A/A weapon employment.
- Knowledge of BFM
- BVR
- Defensive maneuvers and ability to employ them as the situation requires (eg. kinematic missile defense, notching)
