I'm new to creating missions for my buddy and I. I've created a mission for us in Normandy to practice our P-51 bombing and rockets on. I've gone through basic tutorials and some of what I place in the missions we can see when I put it on the dedicated server I host at home, but most not. For instance, I placed fuel tanks and static fuel tanks and they can be seen and bombed fine. But when I try and place the AAA 8cm 37mm flak guns, none of them can be seen when we fly. Same is true for Sd Kfz 251 halftracks. The pump stations and small wherehouses don't show up either. In addition, maybe someone could help with a few different issues as well. When we play together on my dedicated server on my computer (same one I fly from too) we would like to have labels on so we can see eachother in the distance. In addition, when we connect to my server the names fly by for a moment then disappear as the list of multiplayers populates (and the name is not in the list). We have to connect by IP and put in the password each time. One other thing - is there a way for us to respawn without leaving the server everytime we crash? We die a lot as we're both new to the WWII theater and P-51's. We'd sure appreciate any and all help, I've been trying to seach in the forums but can't figure it out. Here you go... Tried to get multiple screens. Basically, as I stated, I can get my transducers to vibrate with just the Simshaker app alone, but I have to double the output, and put the volume at 80-90% and then for some reason it trips the breaker in my reciever (even though the vibration is really pretty low, and on no clipping). If I just run the test through the Avatiors app the jetseat is fine, I can see the waveform on the Simshaker app being output, but if I feel the transducer, the output it is so low I can't feel it. I'm using a Yamaha Home reciever amp to drive the signal. Appreicate the help! Joe

I'm having a problem with my Simshaker sounds not vibrating when I do a test in the Avaitors app. My jet seat tests fine, but when I either choose testing them together or Simshaker itself, I get nothing. When I use the Simshaker main app and test it there it does put out vibration/sounds with the various choices. Using the latest betas for both apps. Any ideas of what I could look for? Tried the troubleshooting from Andre's page first. Appreciate any help, it's been BULLETPROOF for over a year! Joe

Thanks for the feedback! You've NAILED my problem right on the head. I didn't see the warning on the extention darn it. There's $80 down the tubes! I fly the Harrier in a squadron and have really worked HARD on trying to get my Warthog to be half as tight as this with all the mods, and WOW - didn't realize what I was in for. I can see that if I can get used to it I'm sure it will benifit my flying as it's MUCH more precise. Overall it's been a WONDERFUL upgrade, but I guess I'd gotten used to something that needed lots more shoving this way and that. Appreciate your help! Joe

Hello I swapped out my Warhog HOTAS with a WinWing Orion2. The F16 stick axis is really too easy to move when I put my hand on the stick. Resting my hand on the grip and staying still takes concentration and the centering "Spring" is really weak. I originally bought a stick extention thinking I'd need one for easy motion, and with that on, the stick can't stay centered at all. It just flops to one axis or the other. If I take the extention off I DOES center, but as I tried to describe its not a strong or smooth center. I was really hoping for a nice centering with smooth motion not something that takes very little pressure. Any ideas what's going on? Is there an adjustment? Please help! Joe

Can anyone help me with a workaround to get effects into the OV=10A mod? I'd sure appreciate it! Love using my Jetseat and Kicker, feels flat without it! Joe

Finally got my Jetseat! It all works really nice except that I can't use the hand control knob to control the vibration. It doesn't do a thing... I have to get out of my cockpit and adjust the setting on my main monitor across the room... Any thoughts? Thanks!

Well, I figured it out! Turns out I "THOUGHT' I'd called the file autoexec.cfg, but Win10 was putting a .txt on the end! So it was actually, autoexec.cfg.txt! When I fixed the file name, BANG, it popped right up. In 10 minutes I had my eye problem fixed with the tool. Perfect! Thanks so much. Joe

No, that's what I've been looking for as my saving grace. I've been through the forum that details the tool, and when I put the autoexec.cfg file in the confg folder, I don't get the crosseye tool. It never pops up! I've followed those directions to the letter over and over... deleting and trying again.... Is there a KEY combination I can invoke? Is there something I can do if it doesn't pop up? Edit another file? Anything??? Desperate! Thanks, Joe

Hi, I've been successfully using DCS with my Reverb G2 since it came out. Suddenly, now when I put on my goggles I see overlapping images, like double vision. I can play MSFS 2020 and other VR games flawlessly. I have 12th gen CPU, ASUS 3080, 32 gig ram... I've uninstalled/reinstalled DCS... I've asked everywhere... If it helps, when I put on my goggles, the main screen looks like it's MUCH closer to my eyes than it used to be, like it's zoomed in. Even when I do a reset view, it doesn't move it "back" (or make it smaller or whatever). I've posted this in the VR Chat in many Discord channels (Eagle Dynamics too) as well... is there a better forum or place I can go to get help? Don't want to clog up here. I've tried so many things... I've added the WMR Alignment line in my autoexex.cfg, and it never pops up, tried IPD, It's sooo frustrating! I can't play and will have to quit DCS and my Squadron... I don't know what to do, where to go. I've invested untold dollars in this game... Please help!!! Thanks, Joe

I am not getting the effects going right in either DCS or MSFS 2020. For some reason, when I am in situations that generate quite a bit of shaking, I feel the effect, but I don't see it out of the cockpit. My outside view is unaffected. Also, when I make turns, even with a light touch on the stick I feel too much vibrations. I don't want to get rid of the g-force, but it's at 5-10 already. I'd REALLY appreciate some help here... I sure wish I understood the settings better. With the settings you suggest in the special options should I leave the main settings the same? Is the Simshaker supposed to reflect in the outside view with corresponding shaking of the cockpit, like in wind or turbulence in either sim? I sure appreciate the reply. Joe

My Jetpad tracking has said several days ago "Released by custom house and handed over to delivery" does that mean I can expect it soon in California? Just wondering what service will be delivering it... Do I need to be home to sign for it? Getting excited! Joe
