Is it possible to solve it without purchasing LockOn again? Do I only need the files or is a key required?

Hi! I have bought FC1.0 from lockon.co.uk but I have lost my original Lock On CD. Will it still be possible to buy FC2.0 or do I need to buy a new copy of Lock On? Regards
