AG Radar in DBS2 Freeze mode automatically shuts off after about a minute, with the radar going silent. This happens independently of bank angle, as reported earlier.

Hello, According to this video, we should be able to have radar altimeter returns up to 120º of bank, but in DCS the HUD radar altimeter turns off well before 90º. Track file attached. radar altitude.trk

Seems to be the same issue I had, mate. Here's everything I did and is worth giving a shot: - unplug all peripherals - update windows - update all drivers (especially graphics card and sound card - try a clean install by removing the previous driver completely and installing from a fresh installer) - if none of the above work, check what non-essential services and startup programs your computer is running, disable all of them and try to run DCS. Then enable one by one until you find the aggressor. - one remote possibility is that your user profile is corrupted, so I would try creating a new user profile with admin rights and try running DCS from the new profile before trying anything more serious. What worked for me was reinstalling the audio drivers, but only worked after the second try. There's a definitely a solution, so don't give up. Let me know how it goes.

Sorry, I messed up the log files, that was from someone else who had posted. Anyways, I reinstalled the sound driver a third time and that seemed to do the trick!

The thing is, I'm playing from a gaming laptop, and when I try to open DCS, even with nothing plugged in, I still get the same error. I've tried disabling some built-in devices, uninstalling the graphics driver, updating all drivers and nothing.

From what I gather, this is caused by some type of driver error. I've already uninstalled the graphics driver and started DCS but I get the same error. dcs.20201104-211126.log

Like I mentioned in another thread, I already tried starting up DCS with absolutely nothing plugged in, not even charger (gaming laptop).

It's not working for pre-loaded steerpoints. It's working fine for manually inputted steerpoints (at least for me).
