I have done that, every thing i bought checks out. It's the steam bought ones that had problems. My A-10C steam bought one is installed now. However, the steam bought UH-1 does not show up, if i do a license check with the UH-1, it checks out but it doesn't have the bind option. When I install UH-1, it installs, it activates, then when i open up world, it tells me that my Uh-1 is invalid. Now that is where I am confused. I don't know why it activates upon installation if when i log in, it treats my key as invalid. Almost like the on line keys are not synced with the World log in. I have installed everything except for the steam bought uh-1. Thanks!

Hey guys, Wondering if you can help me. I just installed World 1.5 and i run into problems installing the modules. Here's how it went. Upon opening a fresh install of World, you log in and you click on the modules and it automatically informs you of the modules you have bought, it only had su-25 and blackshark update. So I installed the su-25. Now I checked my online account, inside orders, i have combined arms listed as "bought" (of course, i bought that already) but it's not doesn't show on whenever i open up world. So i checked online and found that I have to manually update CA using install_CA_.bat then it installs and activated perfectly. Now I recovered my steam keys for A-10C and Huey modules, which steam issued me a new key (i save all my keys on notepad). Then I use install A-10C using install_A10C.bat it downloads like normal, installs perfectly, then it fires up world and asks me to activate, then it actually activates, BUT, upon opening, world tells me now that my CA installation is invalid. Image attached here. Now I am confused why that is happening. Now even if I uninstall A-10C, it still tells me that my CA is invalid. It's almost like the online account are not talking to each other even if on my "orders" serction it tells me that everything is valid. Hope you can help me out. I already made a support ticket but after a few replies, I haven't had any reply since last night. Could be busy. Thanks!

I did what you told everything woks fine now..I am able to turn all AA settings on and heat blur.. another question, how do I turn on HDR? there's no option of 'ON' in the drop down..also is it normal that there is no 'high' settings option in the scene and texture? just medium? or does BS2 take into account your hardware and customizes the menu buttons. thanks!

:helpsmilie:I just installed BS 2 and it keeps on crashing only when I set 'scenes' to medium..I can set everything medium except for the scenes..my trees are set at 1500m..water & shadow is low, no heat blur, no HDR. my system is: Win7 home premium 32bit 3.1Ghz 550 BE 4Gb ram ATI4850 is it a hardware limitation?

So I can still patch BS1 to latest and it won't affect BS2?..cause I had to reinstall BS1 from zero. thanks for the quick response.

As from the title, I just bought & installed BS2 from a unpatched BS1. Is it possible to run both BS1 (will be patched to latest) & BS2 on the same machine? Thanks!

Su-30's and F-18's have NEVER in a real combat situation..until that time (hope never comes). We will never know the answer.

Yes, but the ONLY way to prove who wins..is when these Two Meet in real Life..Until then We can never say who wins..there's just too many variables. Again we need historical facts..in a war situation anything can happen..lack of respect on enemy capabilities will definitely get you killed.

What You guys should research is if the F-18 and Su-30 has been in a real life combat to death (not combat exercises)..that's the only way to know who wins..historical facts not technological capabilities.. I remember in military channel top-10 fighters, P-51 mustang was number 1!..and the F/A 22 was number 10..you would expect it was number one because of high technology..but of course P-51 has a Historical Kill Record..

SU30 vs Super Hornet? for me, no matter how advanced or how outdated the aircraft technology is..if there's no recorded real life duel (real fight to death between the two) there's no way we can safely assert who wins.. let's hope there won't be any.

Man, i've been collecting videos from youtube..downloading them using a software called getit..you link it with your firefox..then you can download everything you want with just a mouse over..the good thing is the youtube videos are resumable..so i just leave it.. Im sure many of you know it already. But this is a nice find..im wondering why i haven't searched A-10 yet..I have downloaded so many documentaries from Hinds to F-16s to Su-25..they're al in youtube and google videos.

But on topic..inside the SIM that we have.. ..what i do is i use the Hunter-Killer Platoon..for every 3 M1A2s i add 1 bradley..everytime I test them, like two platoons..in excellent mode..they win against the same number of 3-T-72s and 1 BMP-3..at least a few tries.

Anyone has an idea how much will the TM HOTAS be?

I just patched DCS blackshark last night with no problems.. When I played around with the mission editor..I found out that the Russian FARP icons are gone..Although if you load the game, FARP is still there and you can take off from it..It's only invisible at the ME. Haven't tried other countries cause I only fly as russia. I tried loading other missions and yes it's still not there.. What do you guys think is wrong here?
