Hi All In the F15E im having a problem swapping to WSO seat in multiplayer when Flying without anyone in WSO. When I first join the server I can access the WSO seat no problem to activate laser and TPOD. I can then do a bombing run and swap between the seats if required. The problem starts once I have been shot down and respawn. I cannot occupy the WSO seat even if I change my parking spot or location on map. It is just does nothing when I try to switch. The only way is to leave the server and rejoin to gain access and then it all starts again. In my offline missions I never have a problem switching so I am thinking it might be a setting on their servers. Any help appreciated

hi yes I fully clean system and TRIM drives regularly latest nvidia drivers too

I have used openxr for some time and was initially pleased but now im struggling to get a smooth VR performance on my reverb G2 Have updated all drivers , open xr and composite Pc: 11700k overclocked to 5.1g 64gb ddr4 running at 3600mhz 3x 1tb NVME drives(DCS open beta on its own 1gb WD Black NVME) RTX3080ti founders edition Power 1000w corsair I am running DCS at medium to low settings and still getting double image and stutter when looking out side windows. I have followed guides for Nvidia and experimented with different settings as well . Just cannot get this right and would really appreciate some help if anyone has any ideas. same issue in LOBL hellfires he says he is firing and I have the heli in good firing position . I get shot down after he tells me he is engaging and firing even when I give consent to fire he doesnt. Hellfires armed and showing ready to fire and lasing target ?? Getting shot down a lot due to this. HELP

I am probably being stupid here but when in the gun tutorial I cannot get the TSD cursor on the right screen working. I cannot figure if its keybinds or i am missing a step. I follow the instructions but have no cursor on the right screen. This means i cannot select the target as directed. Can someone please help me.

Performance in VR is great on my system. 3080ti, 11700k overclocked and 64gb ram. Been on 4ya servers for a couple of hours with lots of players and no stutter. Only gripe is I cannot get the MFD selection to work . Not sure if im assigning it correctly so no weapons used yet. To get this in the air requires a real sense of balance with the controls until into stable flight. Im using my x56 hotas and slowly working through control assignments at the moment . I havent looked to see if anyone has uploaded any controller profiles yet Happy heli flying all

Hi All Im ready to give up. My G" was running great and all of a sudden started having issues with grey screen every time a try to load DCS. I am having a grey screen in g2 when loading into DCS or any racing game . I can play Half Life Alyx no bother at all in VR but it will not run DCS. I have followed all the guides and solutions and yesterday I took delivery of a new cable. The problem has persisted. I have uninstalled WMR and steam vr and removed all traces of drivers in software folders. Pc is running great, non vr games fine, im just really confused what has caused this I am running 11700k on win 11 3080ti Fe and 64g 3600 ddr4 also have 1000w corsair platinum power supply Installs are on 3x sabrent rocket nvme It is like something has changed. Is anyone else having this issue and have they found a solution

Sorted this It was the comms key binding problem. All good now just have to switch comm channel in air Every day is a learning experience .... I start empty headed and fill up with knowledge each flight lol

I had in air comms with supercarrier and now they dont work. I didnt change anything and i have tried tips I seen online to no avail. Comms work on the deck. No comms after I take off. Also case one approach I get nothing when I press "default" or any of the combinations I found in forums. Someone needs to do a walkthrough with this as its frustrating and im no expert so need a little assistance now and then :) This is when flying f18

hi Thanks for the replies I assigned new buttons to comm controls as well . No joy in stable release but working fine in beta. Wierd but I will keep looking to see if I have a setting that is different between the two release versions

hi I tried on open beta and my comms are working fine and I got a score for my landing. Went back to stable and reassigned keyboard control and assigned a button on my throttle and it didnt work . Nothing happens when I press the communication button . This doesnt work for me in the super carrier case one approach only so far . Im not good enough to try the case 2 three yet. I have normal communication in the cold start up super carrier mission . A bit wierd

same same for me I press communication key and nothing even on case one approach mission. Might be that I need to do something different but comms work everywhere else. Can someone let me know if it is me as I just get" no proper communication" when I land . I just want to know what I am doing wrong :cry:

newish Hi all Been on for a few months now. Was always a sim racer online and ran a site many years ago. I always dabbled with early flight sims and a few months ago I watched a DCS video on you tube. I noticed that it was on steam so got the free version. Around the same time I had purchased the rift s vr headset. I put the two together and could say I never looked back but I spend a lot of time in my plane doing just that. VR takes quite a lot of tweaking to iron out the micro stutters and such but well worth it when you get it sorted. I now have the F18 and my personal weapon of choice the F16. I fly in Caucasus and Persian Gulf and have just pre purchased Syria. Online I spend a fair bit time in Just Dogfight server and a load of time spinning toward the ground in flames A few good people in online have given me plenty advice and I am now getting a little better at preventing blackouts in the F16 I dabble with mission editor and still study tutorials online, thanks Wags, Reapers and anyone else as they obviously put a lot of time into these. might have originally put this post in the wrong place
