Well I'm glad it showed up regardless. I dont know why thier brand of international shipping is so slow...blows my mind. I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars for UPS or Fedex global shipping just to insure the package arrives in a reasonable amount of time. Thats my 2 cents worth.

I know how you feel, I ordered the collectors pack which is Lockon, FC2 and the tactical map. It shows that the order shipped on the 7th of August, but I have yet to recieve any word on it's arrival. I have sent an email to ED but recieved no response. I am starting to wonder if it's ever going to arrive ! Or if it's lost or destroyed ! :helpsmilie::(

The link below will walk you through the steps to do a check disk or CHKDSK. I would suggest you do this before you go to bed and let it run overnight. It is very lengthy process but it will do wonders for your system. I recommend the chkdsk /f command. This will do a complete hard drive scan. http://www.w7forums.com/use-chkdsk-check-disk-t448.html Also, you need to make sure your drivers are up-to date for your video and sound. Using an onboard video card makes it difficult play high end games like BS and FC2. If you can swing it I would recommend a solid video card like a GeForce GTX 480 or the equivelant in Radeon. :thumbup: You can disable the onboard video card via jumper on the mainboard, no problem; then install the new card. If you choose to do this it could void your Gateway warranty. So be carefull. If you choose to do this I would take it to a A+ certified professional and have it installed. Good Luck !

Do you have the latest video and sound drivers ? Does your hard drive light blink or show activity when the screen goes black or when shutting down ? If your video is intregrated on the motherboard what is your system brand eg, Dell, Gateway, etc. ? ( I know this isn't always the case but I thought I would throw this in just in-case) Have your ever run "CHKDSK" on your system before? (If you have not I will post the procedure in my next post for you) Did Win 7 come with your system or did you install it over your existing OS ? (ie., upgrade ?) Thats about all I can think of right now:book:

Ok, I'm having major problems with Modman. I've followed the instructions above regarding the directory structure, but the game throws up several error messages and will not run. I uninstall the mods in Modman and the game runs fine. Currently my directory structure is this: C:/Games/Eagledynamics/Ka50 and C:/Games/Modman Any help with this matter is appreciated :helpsmilie::dunno:

My bad too, I found the Modman threads and it looks like I need to move my BS to a new directory:D

I'm trying to get the latest Modman to work with DCS:BS. Modman will not work with the game installed on the C:/ Program Files directory. So, installed the game on my C:/ directory and I wind up with "stack errors" and the game will not load correctly. As long as I keep the BS installed in Program Files it works fine, but I'm at a loss as to why Modman will not work with BS intalled in Program Files....any help in this matter would be appreciated.:helpsmilie::dunno:

I did so trying to get Modman to work correctly. I'm getting all kinds of "Stack Errors". Anyone know how to fix this problem? I followed the post from Panzertard, but to no avail...

1.02 will cover them all. Also, be sure you install both the DCS and the 1.02 as an administrator. When install is complete right click on the desktop shortcut and select properties, then choose compatability tab. Check the Run program as administrator box.
