  1. Hi, i have done this and it still shows as no purchases made......
  2. OK, I have retrieved passwords for all email addresses and all accounts show no payment information. I purchased black shark, A-10 and the manual, all online and now I can find no record of my transactions. Very frustrating and no doubt very slow and difficult to resolve via email with a foreign company. Is there no one from the company who monitors these forums who I can deal with directly? Cheers, Mark
  3. Thx for the reply buddy, I dont have a problem downloading the software, I have installed it, and it asks for the serial when i try and run it the first time. I dont have an account at the lock on site. seems like I am in a bit of a catch 22 situation... cheers, Mark
  4. Hi, I cannot retrieve my serial number from the payments information section. I am logged in correctly, as I have access to the download for the product ( have downloaded and installed the new beta) and it says I am logged in, but nothing shows in the payments. Cant figure it out.. I have a feeling that this may be related to me having to change my log in details to match so i could access the beta forums. the last times I just patched up my beta installs, so it did not ask me for the serial number, however this time it was afresh install, due to a PC upgrade. I have tried the various combinations of password and log in that I can remeber and none seem to work. What can I do about getting the correct details? Looking on the main support ticket page for DCS, it says I need the transacation ID, which i dont have as its in the payment details section I cant access. Hopefully someone can help me out, as I dont fancy having to buy the software again... Cheers, Mark
  5. Just about got my Warthog HOTAS programmed now, I spent most of last night carefully mapping the commands to the in game GUI, as I have found that if I use the TARGET software, the axis assignments are wrong (throttle works the rudders as well as the rudder pedals) and I cant figure out how to correct them - (any advice on this gratefully received as well). By the way, this is the case even if I use the profile for BlackShark that ships with the TARGET software - its wierd, I move the throttle forward or back, the Shark moves on its axis as if I had inputted a small or medium amount of rudder) So I figured, OK, plan B, use the in game controls option to program it all. Off i went last night and did so..... I saved my profile of programmed buttons etc in the game GUI, yet now when I fly, I find that only some of the buttons are programmed, and not as I did it. Furthermore, loading my saved profile does not change this. Can anyone say what has gone wrong? The thought of spending another 2 hours programming it all fills me with despair.....:cry: My ideal scenario is to use TARGET to program the controls, so will need to solve the problem of the wrongly assigned axis. Of course anyone who has a warthog and who has a working profile for buttons and axis, I would be grateful to share with you. Edit: Ok, a restart has let me assign the axis properly, so I am using TARGET succesfully now. I would still be curious as to why my saved in game controls profile had not saved though... Thank you, Mark
  6. Hi, I have been making my own profile using the TARGET software for my warthog, instead of using the in game controls mapping, so I can print out my profile map for reference while learning the various button positions etc. ( Using just the in game assingment method, I cant do this) However, I did not program any of the axis with the target software. When i run the script, in game I find that the throttle appears to control the rudder ( as well as my rudder pedals ) I have checked in the controls GUI and they are mapped correctly there, running the TARGET script seems to overide what is in the game GUI settings. My problem is, I cant seem to see how to correctly map the axis within the TARGET software, to remedy this. There does not seem to be a quick and easy way to assign functions to each axis, like there is in the game GUI. Another wierd thing, controls wise. If I try and use the in game GUI to assign the SHKVAL slewing function, it wont let me use any of the hat switches on the warthog joystick, only the ones on the throttle. Why is that? Can anyone give me a few pointers? Cheers, Mark
  7. Thanks - the manual is a bit confusing sometimes
  8. Hi, I am programming my HOTAS and in the manual, combat employment section, under Shkval target designation, it refers to 2 buttons, one on the cyclic "designate target", which I can find and assign (O) no problem. The other , on the collective referred to as "automatic target lock" , I have looked and looked & I cannot find in the controls section to map. Can anyone tell me the keypress for this? ( I am presuming its different to "Lock Target") ( Its a shame the manual does not give you the keyboard shortcut for these instead of the russian language symbols, which are frankly, not much help..!) cheers, Mark
  9. Thank you guys, I have it working properly now, combination of range and settings I think. Cheers, mark
  10. Another newby question, I am having trouble firing the cannon and also other weapons. Just flying practice missions, I have master arm on, can select the different weapon stations ok, can track and lock up targets (TA indicated in shkval) even got the first vikhr missile off, but when i switch to cannon, I get the target box, but nothing happens when I press the trigger. Switch back to the Vikhr and now I can lock the target again, but I cant get C to come up when I slew the reticule over the shkval circle. now none of my weapons seem to want to fire. Any ideas what simple and obvious thing I am missing here? Cheers, Mark
  11. Well, its certainly better for me now I have my new warthog. I cant beleive how much smoother and responsive it is.... best $500 I ever spent...
  12. Hi , please forgive the rather stupid sounding question, but I really can't figure this out and there is no support from Thrustmaster . The new A-10 comes with pre made profiles for FC2, Black shark & Falcon4. You are supposed to double click on the profile for it to run, which I can do, but the axis commands are all wrong in game - for example, I move my throttle forward and the Black shark behaves as though I just applied left rudder. In the in game controls GUI, the HOTAS is reported as "ThrustmasterCombined" if you run the supplied script. All show up as separate controllers (IE, joystick, throttle and MFD's if you do not run the script. But then I guess you need to program it all labouriously yourself. Seeing as it comes with a pre made profile, I was hoping that someone who has this figured out could help me get it set up. Cheers, Mark
  13. I am just being lazy, but seeing as I have 4 sims to program this for, very limited time and only a beginners understanding of how the script works, I wondered if anyone who is using the new hOTAS with DCS A-10 would mind sharing any profiles they have made? thanks in advance., mark
  14. I realise this is strictly a thrustmaster problem, but was hoping for some help here as I cant find any support forums anywhere for their products or software. I just got my new A-10 Hotas, and installed the taget softweare from their site, but every time I try and run the software it crashes. Can anyone help or point somewhere where I can get some? thanks, mark
