  1. thanks for the reply Snacko. finally I find the culprit, it is the total monitor resolution. I have to change it to include the 2nd monitor. now it seems to work well. :D
  2. Hi Capt Zeen, Thanks for your excellent su-25t profile. I have a question about configuring shkval viewport on 2_monitores-SU25t.lua. My helios touchscreen monitor (1920x1080) is number 2 and it is on the left of the main no.1 monitor (3440x1440). So when I make the screenshot, the up left coordinate is x=1600, y=0. But when I put this numbers on 2_monitores-SU25t.lua, it won't work, there is still blank screen on the shval viewport. What is wrong here? It seems on 2_monitores-SU25t.lua, the no.2 touchscreen monitor is on the right of the main no.1 monitor. How do I change it? Please advise.
  3. is TACAN still bugged in the latest version?
  4. Sorry, it must be because I am still using v1.2.16. The game is in my home computer and I do not have fast internet connection currently. Is there a way to update offline?

  6. thanks for all the replies and youtube links. watching someone else do it really helps. I also increase the monitor contrast to see the lights more clearly. @Deezle yes, refueling in bms is easier since you can see the lights very clearly. can you elaborate a bit? if I can not see the lights, which parts of the tanker should I watch? also I try to refuel with a-10a, and I find the boom really blocks my view, can you give me some hints on how to do it?
  7. so in 1.5 you can see both the left and right director lights clearly? can you post a screenshot with the lights? I have tried to zoom in the view, but I find I have to zoom it very very very close. However in doing so, I find harder to keep formation with the tanker. can you post a screenshot how close you supposed to zoom?
  8. If you do not look at it, how do you maintain your position in refueling? can you give me some hint?
  9. thanks razo+r. I am currently in 1.2.16. are the lights easier to see in the last version? or more or less the same?
  10. that is not what I mean. in bms you can see the lights very clearly, both left and right ones. in dcs you can see the left lights barely, the right lights not at all. I wonder which one is more realistic compared to the real kc-135.
  11. Hi Guys, Coming from BMS, I find the kc-135 director lights in this sim is very very hard to see, especially the right ones. Is this realistic? Or is there something wrong with my setting? Please advise. I use 3440 x 1440 resolution with mostly high graphic setting.
  12. Hi Goldsmack, how many fps can you get with gtx970?
  13. thanks Mael & Brisse. @Mael with your system specs, how many fps can you get?
  14. thanks Mael, how about using radeon card with intel processor? does it work well now? there are some people that says that radeon card works good only with AMD processor. is this still correct for current systems?

  16. Hi Guys, I am interested in R9 390x. However, in my town, I find HIS Radeon HD R9 390X ICEQ X2 OC 8G DDR5 is the most reasonably priced compared to other brand. MSI and Sapphire is about 15% to 25% more expensive compared to this one. Has anyone bought this brand before? Is HIS worth buying? Please let me know your opinion.
  17. most led tv has bigger input lag compared to pc monitor.
  18. Hi Corbett1403, I have googled 42UB820V, and it does support 4k 4:4:4 with HDMI 2.0. Please let us know the result after you try it. I am curious about its input lag.
  19. connect the vga card from pc to tv using HDMI cable, make sure it is 2.0 to run it in 4k 60hz. make sure your TV support it, and enable it in its setting. what type is your LG 4K tv?
  20. Hi plehmann, what the type of your LG 79" UHD TV ? so you can not fell the input lag while playing DCS 1.2 at all?
  21. Hi Guys, I plan to get 55' 4k TV for playing DCS. Based on your experiences, how much is the maximum input lag that is acceptable for simming? Is 60ms input lag good enough? Please advise.
  22. thanks JG27_Arklight. If I can get it to 60fps, it is 16.67ms per frame. so if input lag = 60ms, it will be about 4 frames late. are you sure it won't matter?
  23. thanks SharpeXB and Gladman. unfortunately Vizion is not available in my country. I think I might get Samsung or LG instead. how about 40-60ms input lag? is it acceptable for simming?
  24. thrustmaster warthog is one of the worst hotas that I ever had.
  25. thanks for the replies. yes that is called the input lag. PC monitor has it too, however, it is true that generally most tv has bigger input lag. http://www.displaylag.com/what-is-input-lag-the-breakdown/ and other thing that makes pc monitor better now is gsync/freesync.
