Aw, s**t hits the fan.. Anyway, the plane is important, but pilot skill matters even more. Sorry if i had sparkled above open gas can. -

It's all up to the pilot imo... Mirage is a great plane.. If nothing, it'll be fun to fly small and agile plane, not flying bed like Flanker/Eagle ;) According to this video: , i'd give Mirage a chance :) -
What about landing emergencies?? In FC2, even when your aircraft is shot to nearly dead (losing fuel, no hydraulics, loss of ACS and such systems, etc..), when you asked tower for approach and landing, it'l say: Wait in pattern... (i cannot recall correctly...) Will be in DCS:A10 radio option like: declaring emergency=>loss of hydraulics, and tower would give you priority in landing, and will give you detailed instructions for a landing without hyd power??

If you consider re-engineered Mission Editor, you could say...hell, yeah! :) Besides missions that come with release, i understood that it has some sort of mission generator..

Well, you could sign non-disclosure agreement and build the module. But, in that case, DCS:F35 would never see sectors on our hard-drives :megalol: :megalol: -

Hm... Could you imagine F-35 in DCS universe?? -
Imho, what could be helpful are flaps. They are very, even short-term, useful in several scenarios.. They gave you just enough boost in turning or few additional seconds of lift so you can fire your missiles... I didn't tried this on Russian fighters though..

First, thank GGTharos for earlier explanation. Secondly, this is especially true if you're using sidewinder's own seekers for lock... But, have you ever tried to get on his 6, and a little beneath... And when he tries Immelman, whack!!! :megalol: :megalol: Also, in Gunzo DACT missions for F-15, did you notice that Immelman with plenty of energy could shake anything off your 6.. I go up, take F2 view to watch his actions, and when i'm passing 90 degrees, AI just unloads and goes away in level flight although he had me in his gun-sight ..

I would like to point out that F-15C doesn't (at least not in major use) have any IRST equipment, except seekers of AIM-9, and every Su-27 pilot appreciate his plane for having IRST. Eagle can "mask" AMRAAM launch in TWS, and sneak attack in VISUAL mode, but once missile is pitbull, target knows what is going on. Even for Gunzo, F-15C still needs to lock his target with radar, so target's pilot knows that he is in danger, while RWR on Eagle on the other hand, cannot detect IRST on Su-27/Su-33/Mig-29.. P.S. i do not intend to be the "Flanker vs Eagle" guy, but i didn't saw that (in game) F-15C can use AWACS other than directions that pilot receives...

In order to fire a missile (and other weapons except cannon, such as bombs , rockets etc), you have to hold Right Alt and press spacebar at the same time.. It's time consuming, but it takes a little practice..

Freeze, then crash on multiplayer during low level flight

No, i didn't touch anything around voltages and freq's... And temperature levels are nominal, i put two 12cm fans in case.. (in addition to box cpu fan, and fan on gpu)
