Sorry, only just caught this thread. I have changed my motherboard and then done another full repair. I can confirm now that I am able to play again. Don't know if it had anything to do with the older M/B or not, but I am also seeing a marginal frame rate increase after the upgrade. Thank you all for taking the time to look into this, and once again sorry for the delay in my response.

So after the lengthy update to 2.9, thought I would try out a few training missions to check it all out. Imagine my (not very much) surprise when all missions at all settings lock up on loading screen, loading stops and locks up at Terrain Preload 100 : Stage 38. Any guidance into what is happening would be a massive help. Thanks.

Just updated and error 502. Wish I would have checked here first before getting dry humped by ED's quality checks.

The ability to add units while in game mode. I.E. after hitting the fly button, allow the use of observer mode to be able to place units. This would be helpful when placing units in built up areas.

Thanks @Flappie got it working again. For some reason I had to re login to DCS. Which then made me redo my password as I am a BIFF and forgot it.

This is exactly what has been happening to me for around 2 weeks. Happens in missions I have created and MP games, however some training missions like the Viper ones run perfect without any issues at all. Following this to see if there is an answer ever!

My FPS has taken a massive dump in the last 2 weeks, non VR either. Tried all settings on low-medium-high, repair and slow repair. All maps and all modules I have take the same hit. Nothing I have done that I know of, regarding setting changes or gpu setting changes would cause this as it just came out of the blue. Both server and solo play. Game has become unplayable for me

Was the cue circle outside the bore sight? Did it make that bleep soundas I cant tell from the vid Or use dogfight mode I suppose

What mode are you having the radar set to? Or does this happen in all modes?

Issue persists in OB 2.7.2.7910. Have a look into this ED this has gone on long enough now.

I used to get the same thing as my stick was jittery and the F16 throttle was banging against the afterburner detent in game.

It's been happening quite a lot. I have also started the same thread, this bug is very annoying as it makes the f10 map useless for GCI.

Hi all, I seem to lose the background to all buttons in the GUI for the settings, this bug also happens on the F10 map. One moment all the icons for the friendly AC and ground troops are there, the next they all disappear. Really annoying when trying to use Combined Arms. Also the screen shot ability has been lost from my system. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks AtlasRise
