I understand the choice of the F version, but I still regret it. For a Vietnam map, version C or D (without glass cockpit) would be much more appropriate. Anyway, the problem is the same for the other birds / map. But as I love choppers, the Chinook will certainly be a part of my hangar.

Did you break over the airfield or make a direct approach on final ? You have to break, this mean :min. 300 kts on initial, right turn overhead the runway. Then you should get all clearance and a mission ending.

Correct, you must be at leat at 350 kts for the break, to get the clearance : If I set a lower trigger, the risk is that you get a wrong message. It could be confused between the break and a long final. Yes, you have to. You have got all the time to do it. Missions start after take off in fact. So, what ever you take off in 3 minutes or 10, it doesn't matter.

Oops, high is set on 2 Alt of wolf 1 is 149 ft when on the ground. Houston, we have a problem... Just odd that the full mission won't work and this one would.

Good news : the test mission works. A guy get out of the chopper and start the check. And I get new comms. Great!

Thanks for the effort. Much appreciated. May I dare a short advise : I created 1 free campaign for the Mi-8 and had several issues with AI high too. So I changed the way the triggers work. I set a higher alt (above ground, not above sea level) and a timer starting when the alt is reached. From the sky, it doesn't matter if the AI is down or not when infantry is activated. Same with player chopper : hight alt, so I'm sure the min alt is always reached, and a second trigger : the collective position ;-). Well, I'll try the mission, for sure within the next days, and will give you my feedback. Cheers.

OK, very frustrating indeed. I refly (3rd time) and again, at the power station, Wolf 1 landed, but no infantry get out. Here is a picture after 2 minutes orbiting around wolf 1. Maybe it helps BTW : well not fan of splitted missions, but if you do it, try to either make 2 full missions, instead of 1 splitted. And take profite to correct the wrong transponder code given by the carrier : 3779... 9er doen't exist. Max is 7! (you surely know it). Cheers

Well, that's the problem. Wolf 1 landed exactly where it should, but not infantry has been activated then. I did not use time acceleration.... I'll try to refly the mission to see. Well, this time I didn't go so far Returning back from carrier, we reached Batumi river. I get 2 x the message "Enfield - VANS Radar - Climb and maintain 500 feet" Then the copi tell me he would switch the lights off and... pffff. the mission exits with 60% points. I never select F10 menu.

Hi, Playing the campaign (which remains great) and, unfortunately I have to let the 14th mission down. Doesn't work at all. After Sandy 62 get freelance order, she flies to WPT Carpet then just RTB to mother! In fact I do absolutely not understand what I am supposed to do. Where, how, speed, angel. No idea. I overfly the firt outpost, but did not get a F10 option immediatly. The option came later on. I overfly the second big before Carpet. No F10 menu either. Not clear. Sandy (which is far away) informs about the APC. OK I take it down. As she's away, I take the Trucks and the ZU-23 position too. After all of them are dead... nothing. Hi, Same here. Very odd issue. I fly the mission the first time, no issue. After the second run, a missile was fired upon the leader and then we encountered some MiGs. But I was hit. So I restart the game and the mission. No success. As discribed here, after Sluggo's shoot, nothing. I flew 3 times the mission. Cheers.

Hi, I've just flown this mission right now. Look at the kneeboard : laser code must be set as 1665 (and don't forget to set it to the laser designator /ATFLIR too). No problem to find the target : it's on the WPT 3. Fly under the clouds (about angels 16) and you should reach the target, as I did one hour ago! Cheers Dan

Sorry... No idea how to do that. Most of the triggers depend on player's actions. There are hundreds of comms. But once released, feel free to modify the missions for coop.

Hi, I'm on last Stable DCS 2.8.4 and I see a odd issue : we cannot set the command "Follow" and select a airplane from the other color (Red follows blue) in the Group. To solve it, I have to select a country from the same side, then select the plane I want the AI to follow, then I can turn back to the bandit country. Am I clear enough ? Cheers DG-Goofy
