I had to reinstall my hard drive and lost everything. I reinstalled the stream deck interface and scripts. The scripts show up okay in streamdeck. Only thing is I can't get streamdeck and dcs interface to talk to each other on the comms menu. I verified the settings are the dame as the lua. I got it working before the crash but at my age if I remember my name I'm happy much less how I fixed this a year ago. Any help would be appreciated. Doug

It is the correct version. Several others have reported the same problem. The fix was to disable pre flight checks in helios and through the blue smoke and mirrors that is computers.....helios works fine. Thanks

After I updated to the latest open beta helios says that I'm missing about 70 patches. The day before everything worked great. Is there a way to get these patches? Thanks Doug

I've had lots of issues with helios and dcs interface. I finally have dcs interface working great. In all my helios profiles the MFDs and gauges work fine but none of the switches or dials work. The only thing I had to do to fix DCS interface was to move the interface line in the export script to the bottom. Any help would be appreciated. Doug Never mind. Finally fixed it......for today

That was it!I moved it to the bottom and it works great. Tried all the different streamdeck profiles and success. Thanks, its a great program. Turned out that had to move the dofile entry in the export.lua file to the bottom and like magic it works. Thanks

I installed the plugin. Followed the video for installation with no problems. I started DCS Open Beta and my p-51 helios profile. I went into streamdeck and created several switches and knobs and it worked great. Today when I started the same helios profile and DCS Open Beta nothing on streamdeck worked. When I went to DCS Comms I get a DCS module not running. I tried a streamdeck profile for the f-16 and none of the switches worked and still got the DCS module not running. I went over the install again and checked the config file and everything is good. One thing. For some reason DCS does not install to the Saved Games folder. Mine always saves to the Documents\My Games folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I used powershell to change the attributes of the saved games folder. However when I reinstalled open beta it still save it to My Games. I'm at a loss now. The only way I can think is to somehow either change the director for DCS or the directory for helios. Neither program gives you that option The work around is to move the Monitor setup folder from helios to the My Games and also the export script from saved games to my games. It works but has to be done every time you change an aircraft So I will keep looking but have little hope. Thanks for your help Doug

Well thanks. I tried recreating by using a backup of the drive and recovering the folder. Than worked and it had the icon that windows assigned to it. I assumed it had worked. But when I installed DCS I got the same thing hwere it installed to my games. I forgot about the attributes. I assumed that the attributes had went with it when I recovered it. I'll take a look at the actual attributes and make sure they are correct. Thanks a lot Doug

According to Microsoft all you need to do is hit new and add it. I did this but I don't think it worked. I'll continue to research it. Thanks Doug

I recently reinstalled open beta and helios. When I uninstalled open beta I deleted all folders associated with it including the saved games folder. When I reinstalled open beta it installed files into user\me\documents\my games instead of saved games (i had recreated the folder). Helios looks for the Saved Games folder so it doesn't interact with DCS. Is there a way to point DCS to create files and folders in Saved Games instead of My Games? Doug

I just installed the F-14 v2 profile for helios. When I run it the screens all work and the gauges too. Unfortunately the switches don't work in the profile, Any help would be appreciated. Doug

I just installed the helios profile for the F-15C into DCS World. The panel shows okay but none of the radar or RWR displays show up and I get a can't load photo for red, yellow, green LED lights. Any help would be appreciated. Doug

I cannot select any way points. The HUD indicates way point 0 and when 1 try and select way point 1 nothing happens. I fly to way point 1 using the map but nothing happens to the way points in the HUD. Doug

I purchased both of the training campaigns but can't find them under training, campaigns or missions. Where are they so you can select them? Thanks Doug

I have looked this up and found the same question without a real answer. In the p51-d concrete jungle I would like to have the gates change color from green to say white after I pass through them. I'm having problems making sure I redo the correct gate when I have to circle around after missing one. I've tried a bunch of things and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated. Doug
