  1. A few years ago too, I followed your construction on C6. For about 2 years, I finally had the opportunity to equip myself to embark on such a project. Also, the central poster may make me change my mind about the design. How do you switch the display on the central screen. I'm working on it at the moment, and it could be a good solution, very ergonomic -
  2. sorry for the late response All the parts are the subject of a specific design with CAD software - The switches that I chose are essentially T80 type non-locking toggles. For the buttons, for the moment I print them with a 3D printer
  3. For the PCB, the design and assembly was done by myself, and the production was subcontracted to a specialized company.
  4. 2023/12/21 Latest achievement: ICP Some improvements in the quality of the keys and paint. But it is now functional.
  5. 2023/11/18 Latest panel produced - ECM Panel based on a 4x8 MAX7219 matrix.
  6. For painting, I don't have much choice where I am. I will follow the advice found on The Warthog Project channel. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his sharing, a very good source of inspiration, and many others. So I took Dulux white for the first coats and a Dulux gray color for the finish with an aluminum airbrush mixture. I hope it goes well
  7. I'm taking a moment to post some photos of the progress of my project: 1 year of progress on my F16 Sim project. I made the decision to equip myself for the manufacture of panels and possible cuts. This seems like a great adventure to me. That’s a lot of hours of research. Fortunately, many posts sharing their tips. First my material setup : 1. My home cnc : 2. My tropical K40 chip arrived crushed but fortunately the tube remained intact. (The seller did not want to take it back) Progress of the panels : The entire architecture is based on arduino mainly the Nano, pro micro and mega for the MasterUART. (Thanks to the entire Dcsbios community) After cutting the K40 work: Ready to paint: Câblage IFF : RS485 communication test based on MAX487 - Made yesterday, assembly of two large 16/9 screens with 210° view - Looking forward to testing it. Still a lot of work on the horizon - to be continued.... 2023/10/19 - Assembly and painting. ... 01/04/2024 Some progress on the central console :
  8. After several tests, it was simpler than I thought, I just used the led.control.h library + the Digit 0 and Digit 1 interface on the seven segments - converting newValue to Bool. It works. Phew Thanks again for taking a look anyway.
  9. Hi Vinc, thank you in advance for your help. I have code that works with an 8x8 matrix but this requires me to double the number of LEDs. If a solution is possible from the A10 deposit code, it is unexpected and good for optimization. Thanks again to everyone who makes the interface accessible - I will work on a post as soon as possible to present the progress of the panels.
  10. Hello, sorry to post on an open topic. I am looking to use the code above caution lights panel of the A10 adapted to the ECM panel of the F16. I am currently testing on a 2-row, 8-column matrix with the following code (Final 4x8 matrix). I am not at all comfortable with the programming language, I updated the mapping of digit 0 and 1 and segments according to pinout. The second code part corresponding to the update function, I do not understand it. Is it possible to adapt for the ecm light F16 ? Could someone help me? Thanks
  11. Hi Vinc. Thank again for reply, i'm looking at it closely. I will try to see if it is good for my project.
  12. Thk but this module seems more expansive than nano.
  13. Hi It's possible to use this multiplexer for inputs with dcs bios. https://www.ti.com/product/CD74HC4067 I need to inscrease number of pins from arduino nano. Thk
