  1. The campaign has medium quality and difficulty level aporopriate for begginers. Which is no surprise considering its cost. The main issue is that in many places missions "bugged by design." For example, in mission with convoy protection you need to destroy mortars, so convoy could continue moving. So you go and kill the mortars, evade MANPADs, which are defending them... and nothing happens. Mission is stuck with for no obvious reason. There is no threat to the convoy anymore but it just does not want to move. The answer is you need to kill MANPAD's and nearby truck to make the trigger work that make no sense whatsoever. That really spoils the impression and break the immersion.
  2. It is just me or after the last update ATTH autopilot mode dampening stick input much less? I usually use it during A2A refueling and now it feels weird.
  3. SU-34 would be really nice. Even in low-fidelity state.
  4. So, I did some testing. For the note: I play DCS 2.7 open beta and this is 7th mission in Serpent head 2 campaign. If I laungh DCS and immediately start this mission, everything runs normal. If I fly other mission (I used A2A refuel for example) before I run the night mission, I see this glowing. If I restart DCS and launch the night mission first again, it runs normally again. This is consistent, I have checked couple of times. Track files are 10MB, too big to attach. If I change weather in ME, it removes the artifact, but I cannot save the changes in the mission file as it is commercial campaign. So for now, the issue is kinda solved, may be it would be useful for future debugging.
  5. I see strange glowing during the night mission from the nose and aft of the plane (screens attached). It does not dissapear even if I switch off all the lights. Weather supposed to be clear.
  6. Had the same problem, BuzzLine's fix solved it. Thanks a lot, Buzzline!
  7. Updated my Realtek HD driver from 6.0.87xx to 6.0.9xxx version and everything works now.
  8. I have found that, if I switch the sound output to the monitor speakers (that goes trough my graphic card), everything works well. It seems that the issue is that new DCS version does not like my audio driver anymore. Obviously, it is not a solution, now I will try to see if audio drivers reinstall/update helps.
  9. Hi, Having very similar problem. After the last update (to 2.5.6), radio comms and scripted voices played trough radio has dissappeared. All other sounds work just fine. I do not use any VR set, it is just headset connected to the linear output of audio card. The .log file is attached. dcs.log
