What happens to existing miles for those of us that have built them up over the years?

I ram memtest86 and one of my sticks had indeed gone bad. I have yet to try with new ram but thank you for pushing me over the edge to do the memtest86. I was just being lazy not wanting to spend a whole night testing it.

Wouldn’t virtual memory be the SSD and or the GPU? I didn’t use memtest86 but I did do the HCI memory tester to 300 percent without a single error on the memory.

Yeah I get this too. It’s like a stutter just a bit longer with a flash of black screen. It usually signals a crash for me and the. I get CTD and or BSOD

Also all my temps were all good. Tonight was really weird. I had two Bsod. 1 happened a hard black screen and then my computer restarted. When it turned back on I went in and flew for about 20 mins. This time I had what seemed a micro stutter and then dcs said it had crashed. But I was still flying. So I alt tabbed back in and kept going for about another 5 mins. Then another Dcs has crashed. I kept flying through that one as well for another 20 mins. Then I finally had a BSOD with a crash restart. dcs.log dcs.log-20230706-031310.zip dcs.log-20230706-031049.zip

Disabling HT did not help.

I will give it a shot. Also do you think I should turn hardware accelerated graphics scheduling off. It does seem like there is some kind of an issue developing with the crashes. Even in the group I fly with there has been a massive uptick. I have been playing dcs on this exact rig for a year and a half without issue until very recently .

I seem to get a lot of Random CTD and BSOD with Memory Management now which is a new development within the last 2 weeks. Tonight it happened when I went to use the f10 map while in flight. Last night it happened while nearly stopped after landing at nellis. Everything started to get very choppy and then BSOD after about an hour of flight which went great up until then. It's more like the date for the actual match has yet to be announced. But the people organizing it have put up flyers about when the ticket sales open up twice now around town. But each day it comes they can't manage to unlock the building or have staff their to do it so they cancel. So some people begin to question how will the manage to pull off the eventual match itself if they cant manage to sell just the tickets.

If you can manage to bungle a pre order release date this badly then I can only imagine the future string of broken promises on features and performance in store for this module. It's either that or you just enjoy trolling people like some edgelord in a pre Y2K chatroom. Either way, I went from a day one buy to let's see how this actually goes. Congratulations though, I didn't think there was any way to possibly talk me out of getting this module until just now.

I wonder if that was me in the Wolfpack server or 4ya. Spartan is what I usually go by. If this is the incident I remember I basically only had elevator trim and rudder to maneuver the plane with. I have landed with partial wing loss a few times in the 190 and the 109. The model does not really reflect the damage all that well sometimes.

If you're just going to do your own thing no matter what anyone else says. Why did you bother to ask for help in the first place? Most pilots irl especially in the military have multiple certifications for different air frames. Think T6, T38, T45, and so on.

Does the missile as modeled in dcs gradually lose weight as the propellant burns during the flight? The highest acceleration should be the seconds right before it burns out. From all the test shots I have been doing it seems like even extremely faborable scenrios like starting at 40k at mach 1.4 the c model with mk47mod1 and mk60 only reach mach 3.6 or 3.7. I love the patch because the old missiles were definitely over performing. However it seems like they may be just a tad too slow even up high.

The plane feels like it used to at low speed high aoa at all times now. Even at nearly supersonic and Trans sonic speeds the nose wants to wobble around like a boat rolling in the ocean. I think someone may have made a mistake with adverse yaw in the flight model. The pitch axis also feels even more extreme......if that's somehow possible. The engine also seems more prone to breaking while just doing normal bfm. One constant though is the weird throttle axis.
