I would really love that. If it were extensive enough, I wouldn't mind if it were a paid campaign. Even though CA is missing training missions.

I would welcome completely clickable tanks for sure, if they came as a module. I would however suggest, that you might firstly produce a campaign for CA. That's really needed and is pretty much ignored by content producers. It would also give you the opportunity to gain some insights into the current state by relatively small invest.
