  1. That is a tricky question. I don't need the controls, like I said I have another set on the other side of the room, and spares sitting in the floor. However, it is getting harder to get controllers so if I part with them, I may not be able to replace them ever again, especially the Super Taurus. It is also hard to part with it as I have worked on it for so long, but I really want to start this next build. I might be willing to pull parts out and sell the shell though, let someone else build it up with their stuff. That would certainly cut the price a lot, say around $2500 for the shell? I don't think I would single sell any of the controllers out though.
  2. nullYear or so ago I bought a salvaged out professional motion simulator platform and made it into my DCS VR/non VR pit. Problem is I spend more time tinkering with it then flying in it, and I actually really like working on them...so I want to build another one, and this one needs to get of the room so I have space. So I want to sell this 100% complete with all the controls. No, don't feel bad, I literally have a less bulky cockpit on the other side of the room with a complete set of controls that I fly out of also. I have a lead on a new shell and I want to get started so this thing needs to go! Here is what you are getting. 3 MFD panels Virpil base with TM hornet stick and extension crosswind pedals Winwing Super Taurus Throttle, T/O panel and combat panel Tek creations f16 right side panel, ICP and Caution panel with AOA Indexers Various other toggle switches and buttons wired throughout, powered usb strips and at least 1 Leo bodnar board to run them (it has three in it but it doesn't need them all) and side speakers w/controller. The spitfire trim wheels are most likely not going with it, as I don't really want to have to reprint them and would like them in my new build. A replica MB ejection seat made of wood. Here is the catch, this sucker is metal (frame and panels), wood (some panels) and fiberglass (the front part), it is heavy with everything in it. The skeleton is manageable though and the panels are easy to take on and off. I don't think it can be shipped, not for anything reasonable, so if you are in central Florida or don't mind driving it is up for sale. Not sure of the value, but I am going to start at $5000 and see what people think, then move the price accordingly as needed. I also have some of the original parts, including the rudder pedals (heavy metal f16 style), panels, and the motors that drove the flight system ( I doubt they work but who knows). If you want more pictures let me know. So what are your thoughts?
  3. Sorry for all to the delay in my reply's and checking the thread. Yes I still have the throttle, however, I am going to hold off on selling for now. My original plan was to rebuild the cockpit using an all Virpil build (most of which I have sitting in my helo pit) and try to condense from two cockpits in the room to one. My plan all hinged on me buying a new throttle though, and until all of the supply chain issues, and pending war issues settle down I don't want to move one throttle only to find out I can get a replacement. I will repost the thread when the time seems right again.
  4. This has been a tough choice but I am hoping to sell my WinWing Super Taurus throttle. Throttle is in great condition, perhaps a few body scratches from being placed inside the cockpit frame, but other then that like brand new. These throttles are great, and my issue is not with the unit but the software. I think I am going to build this back up with a Virpil only build. WinWing is great but the software can be a constant headache and I spend more time turning controllers on in a specific order to get Simapp Pro to detect them then I do flying. I am not sure if it is due to the amount of controllers I have running or just their software, but I'm done messing around with it. Looking to sell, USA only please, (even better if your in FL) and I am thinking somewhere around $450-$500 range, but I am open to offers.... Let me know if your interested.
  5. I have also received my collective and I have to say I am super impressed. This is worth every dollar, pound, euro or goat spent, and very worth the wait. I have used just about every controller out there, and currently have 2 cockpits, (one fix wing, one rotary) in my sim room with a mix of Virpil, Winwing, MFG, Thustmaster and TeKCreation parts and controllers. I believe Mikhail's build quality is equal to any of those top brands. If you are on the fence or are worried about cost and shipping time, don't be. You are getting a top quality collective at a great price. DISCLAIMER: I am not actually sure if he accepts goats as a form of currency for this collective.
  6. Looks great. Wish I could commit to flying one plane but I have some frankenmonster f18/16 hybrid. I have a question, were you able to get the bbi32 boards to pick up the toggles correctly? Mine seem to hate me and I cant get my toggle switches to pick up the correct presses. Any hints? I have a few on-off-on that will work correctly but that isn't even consistent for me.
  7. I agree there are currently some issues that need to be addressed. But this is Magz playing a tune for his Hoggit fan base. I have said this before, just because they are vocal doesn't mean they are the majority. ED needs to ignore the reddit groups.
  8. ED needs to not base development decisions based on feedback from the negative crowd over at Hoggit. That vocal crap fest doesnt speak for the community despite what they think over there. Believe it or not there is a strong single player base who enjoys the game and spends time flying rather then posting hate filled rhetoric on reddit.
  9. This thread needs to be moved to the Russian section of the forums for accuracy. Please make it so.
  10. You are compareing two totally different products. They are not in competition with each other at all. As for the IRIS A10 it is a nice addon for FSX, but like all addons in FSX it is for flying not combat. :pilotfly:
