Minor bug or adjustment in the WRSC panel. “ALT” or “RELEASE” placard illuminates to indicate what mode is active. Each mode is related to a release mode: .- ALT for the Offset/TGT/AGM-45/TGT-LABS. The ALT placard illuminates to indicate that the WRCS entry for the Alt/Release is in ALT mode. .- RELEASE for the LAYDOWN mode. The RELEASE date placard illuminates to indicate that the WRCS entry for the Alt/Reiease is in RELEASE mode. As per official docs. Thanks in advance.

I wonder if a stopgap could be to remove the lines that in the Lua file declares the number of chaff and flares associated to the object. This only could be done and tested by the developers. If it works, an additional entry for an “IA 21bis with ASO-2” (only flares) and another for an “IA 21bis with the POMIG Yugoslavian Pod” (the one in the game, not adopted IRL) could be declared in the sim.

Yes. It’s solved with the June 5th update.

One question, the radio selector marks the aux as an ADF receiver when the main is in TR position, so the aux is giving ADF data to the HSI (no audio signal, the receiver is using the ADF antenna to provide DF data). Only when the selector is the ADF for the main receiver, the aux is out of ADF function and in the receiver position (using the "radio antenna" instead of the ADF antenna). If you can receive audio signal AND send ADF data to the HSI, some positions of the knob doesn´t make sense.

Around 26th June is another patch expected if I recall correctly (Chinook/Afghanistan)

At the beginning of training mission 2, the picture of "wait until your aircraft is prepared" remains forever. Slow repair done. USB devices disconnected. In all other training missions this momentary screen works as intended. Thanks in advance. Attached TRK.F-4E_TR_Caucasus_02_PILOT_TAXI.miz_02062024_10-25.trk

Attached tracks. Common in all scenarios: F4E in runway Scenario 1: UHF COMM: unit transmitting in 305. Position @30º right from the airplane. No GUARD. NO AUX preset. Behaviour: TR+G/ADF correct, TR/ADF correct, ADF+G COMM INCORRECT: ADF INDICATION (CORRECT) AND STILL ABLE TO HEAR THE SIGNAL EMITTED (INCORRECT) ADF/G INCORRECT. SIGNAL FROM UNIT IS HEARD (INCORRECT), ADF INDICATION IS CORRECT. G/ADF: CORRECT. Scenario 2: UHF COMM: no unit transmitting. No GUARD AUX Preset 1. Unit transmitting in 278MHHz. Same position as in Scenario 1. Behaviour: TR+G/ADF:INCORRECT. AUX preset 1 is heard, no signal must be heard from the AUX in this position. ADF indication is correct. TR/ADF: INCORRECT: same as TR+G/ADF ADF+G COMM: Correct. AUX preset1 is heard. No ADF indication. ADF/G CORRECT. G/ADF. INCORRECT. AUX preset 1 is heard, no signal must be heard from the AUX in this position. ADF indication is correct. Scenario 3 UHF COMM: unit transmitting in 305. Position @30º left from the airplane. AUX Preset 1. Unit transmitting in 278MHHz. Position @30º right from the plane. No GUARD Behaviour: TR+G/ADF: INCORRECT. BOTH SIGNALS ARE HEARD. ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. TR/ADF: INCORRECT. BOTH SIGNALS ARE HEARD. ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. ADF+G COMM: INCORRECT. BOTH SIGNALS ARE HEARD, ONLY AUX PRESET MUST BE HEARD. ADF indication to unit transmitting in UHF COMM Preset 1 is correct. ADF/G: INCORRECT. SIGNAL FROM UNIT IS HEARD (INCORRECT), ADF INDICATION IS CORRECT. G/ADF: INCORRECT. BOTH SIGNALS ARE HEARD (INCORRECT). ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. Scenario 4 Same as 3 but with an extra unit transmitting in GUARD @90 right from the plane. Behaviour: TR+G/ADF: INCORRECT. ALL 3 SIGNALS ARE HEARD. ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. TR/ADF: INCORRECT.BOTH (UHF+AUX) SIGNALS ARE HEARD. ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. ADF+G COMM: INCORRECT. ALL 3 SIGNALS ARE HEARD, ONLY AUX AND GUARD MUST BE ABLE TO BE LISTTENED. ADF indication to unit transmitting in UHF COMM Preset 1 is correct. ADF/G: INCORRECT. SIGNAL FROM UNIT IS HEARD (INCORRECT) AND GUARD SIGNAL IS HEARD (CORRECT), ADF INDICATION TO UHF COMM IS CORRECT. G/ADF: INCORRECT. ALL SIGNALS ARE HEARD, ONLY GUARD MUST BE ACTIVE FOR T/R. ADF indication to unit transmitting in AUX Preset 1 is correct. scenario1.trk scenario2.trk scenario3.trk scenario4.trk

After make some tests, Radio selector and ADF logic: According to the manual: i.-selector in T/R or T/R+G: you can listen the preset or manual frequency tuned on the UHF COMM and at the same time the AUX receiver is set in ADF mode, so no sound from the AUX preset but indication in the HSI of the bearing of the emitter of the AUX preset. BUG: you can hear both signals at the same time, not possible according to the manual. ADF indication is correct for the AUX preset in the HSI. ii.- selector in ADF+G/CMD: ADF indication for the UHF COMM preset and the AUX is set to COMM + GUARD, so in this position you can listen the preset set in the AUX receiver and have the GUARD freq. on standby. BUG: you can hear both signals at the same time, not possible according to the manual. ADF indication for the UHF COMM is correct. iii.- selector in ADF/G: ADF indication in the HSI for the UHF COMM preset and Guard is enabled as receiver in the AUX. BUG: you have ADF indication AND can hear the radio for the UHF COMM, not possible according to the manual. If a Guard transmission is received, both are listened at the same time, same bug as in (i). d: selector in GUARD/ADF, the UHF COMM is set to the GUARD frequency for T/R in the UHF COMM and you have ADF indication in the HSI for the AUX preset. BUG: you can listen the AUX preset and have ADF indication in the HSI for the AUX preset, not possible according to the manual. If a Guard transmission is received both are listened. Same as (i). Note: In a radiocommunication set with ADF position, when the ADF is enabled, you can´t listen anything because the selector is routed to the DF antenna to provide information about the bearing of the transmitter to present it in the HSI. Sorry for my English.

About the AUX receiver, the radio set has one "aux receiver" with 20 presets. With the knob selector we can select for example "TR+G/ ADF", with the left nav selector, we place the selector in ADF/TAC. So you can hear/transmit in the COMM freq (eg preset1) and the "Aux" will deviate the pointer to the position of the "aux preset 2" (ADF) Or you can set the ADF+G/Comm and conversely, the ADF indicator will point to the position of the "Main" (preset or manual) and you still be able to "listen" the "Aux preset" But is correct to "listen" the "AUX preset" when the knob is not in the ADF/COMM or ADF+G/COMM? Thanks in advance.

The MiG-21 uses a system derived from when it was a Lomac mod, so every beacon, even NDBs and markers are coded for the mod. RSBN system from ED has been present from Blackshark v1.0 onwards, but change the 21 code to the real one rsbn/prmg system implemented by ED from Blackshark 1.0 onwards required to rewrite basically all the code of the 21.

As a copilot, if you try to enable ground crew comms, the ground crew wheel is displayed in the pilot position. Tested in multiplayer and in single player.

@okopanja, is this upgrade the 9.12S? Created as an upgrade of the 9.12 along the lines of the 9.13S?

I think something like this: AG ordenance: 2000 kg max. Only one type of bomb and/or one type of rocket. I think that the AG subsystem only allows for one type of weapons. Inner and middle station: up to 500kg bomb. Outer stations: up to 250 kg bombs. I´m not sure about KMGU dispensers in the 9-12. Rockets: all 6 stations: S-8, S-5. Only one type and one warhead allowed at the same time. Ballistics sets before take off in a control bay, same for the bombs. S-24 only on inner/middle I think (weight restriction). Central station: fuel tank. Inner stations, maybe fuel tanks if it´s a 9-12 retrofitted. Regarding bomb modes: main is using the laser rangefinder of the EOS subsystem. The other is using ballistics and data from airspeed and altitude. Nothing related to NAV or radar from what I´ve read. There was an improved version (prototype or study) with more AG capabilities: 9.14 based in the 9.13 but I think that was abandoned when the focus shifted to the 9.15 (MiG-29M)

RSBN is Soviet equivalent to VOR and Tacan but uses different frequencies. Navigation with Direction finding with NDB is made with the ARK-19, (ADF receiver) with 3 preset frequencies (can be doubled to six with the outer/inner selector)

Exactrly, 3 Waypoints and 3 airfields. RSBN and PRMG. RSBN can be used in "manual" like in the L-39. And the ARK-19 is like the ARK-15 in the Yak-52 with 3 preprogramed chanels. Mobile RSBN stations like the portable TACAN (3D visuals are in game from the beginning) as you said.
