  1. Hi Guys, I'm really at a loss here. I've tried everything, looked at multiple tutorials, read everything I can find, but still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please halp! So, I'm able to hover, and I have the hook and auto unhook keys bound to me stick. Regardless of what crate I choose in the comms menu (Primarily playing Hoggit, but also on other MP servers), I'm not able to successfully hook up. Also, I haven't been able to get the Cargo View (little green window that pops up and shows your ship in relation to the load with the little red circle, etc., etc.) window to come up. Lastly, I have not yet, regardless of where I'm at, seen the sling load animation, where the hook skips on over to the sling load nd magically connects while still on the ground, or hovering in the air. Guys...I'm sure its something I'm doing, or not doing, but it is starting to keep me up at night. Please, any pointers, or advise would be very much appreciated. All I want to do is help lay down some AA, or slap a couple Abrams on an airfield so we can take it. Thanks for any help you guys can provide. Fly Safe o7.
  2. I can say that this is happening to me as well. I found that regardless of ripple quantity, or not, after setting up point track with TGP, and using CCRP, my CBUs land several hundred meters past the target. Was working fine prior to today's patch. However, using laser with TGP, (regardless of munition) TGP seems to work fine. Sorry no track file.
  3. Which store were you able to find this at? I'm having the same problem. I can't purchase through Module Manager as it just takes me to the ED Campaign page to purchase. But, because I don't have the regular A10C, there isn't an option to buy. And the Baltic Dragon page also points me to ED's page to purchase. I'd really love to give this a try as I've seen that everyone loves it, but I only own the A10C-II. Please help...anyone? BD? Thanks for any help you can point me to. Cricket
  4. Oh OK. Thanks for that! I had no idea there were community campaigns like that, that’s great. Fly safe!
  5. Hi Guys. I came here with the same question. I don't see the Islands as an option in the available maps with creating a new file. I have the map downloaded, and it works outside of Liberation. Do I need a Mod or something else to be able to create a mission for it? Thanks for any feedback.
  6. Thanks for posting this guys! So it sounds like shipping isn’t really an issue. That was one of my main concerns seeing as it comes from China. I understand they have a US distributor but I don’t think they stock anything?? In any case as stated above, trying to find some thing that is worth the price tag… and in stock… and has a reliable group of people who enjoy it, is a hard match to make, right now and at least for the last year. I think I’m going to pull the trigger. With news of interchangeable grips and knowing I don’t have to wait months for it to “hopefully” arrive, don’t think I can pass it up. Thanks again and fly safe.
  7. Hello, I hope I’m posting this in the correct place. I’m not 100% sure it’s a sound only issue, but the afterburner is definitely glitchy in my installed version of 2.7. I just installed 2.7 a few days ago and I only have the F5E mod (aside from the two other planes bundled with World). All of my experience has been either in one of the training modules or during free flight, however this after burner issue is the same either way. Regardless whether I am taking off or am already in flight if I move the throttle into full afterburner The only thing that happens is the engine sound ramps up and is very reminiscent of a vehicle stuck in high gear. There is no jump to afterburner, no difference in pitch, and definitely no deep rumble of the afterburner kicking in. While my gauges all move as if the jet has progressed to afterburner there is no sensation of going faster. I have not yet verified whether or not my speed increases to an afterburner level, but it doesn’t seem as if it’s working as it should or how it does in normal DCS world version. When I have that open doing the same actions everything works correctly and as it should: there is a slight jolt as the afterburner kicks in a deep rumble of the afterburner sound and a perceptible increase in speed. At first I thought maybe it was a throttle issue as if I decrease the throttle from full afterburner down slightly I will get a stutter of afterburner almost as if it’s going in and out in and out of afterburner without the throttle moving and then it just goes back to that really high-pitched engine sound. None of this occurs in the stable version of DCS world, only the open data. I have also tried to reset my axis for the throttle and there is no difference. Again this only occurs in 2.7 open beta. I’m not sure where to go from here, whether I should reinstall open beta, reinstall the F5E, or just live with it and continue with a broken experience. I would appreciate any help feedback or questions. Thanks guys. Cricket (Rich)
