  1. So far this has actually worked and I can now join MP servers on the MT exe. I disabled the 4 E cores with process lasso. I think this is still a bug with DCS but thank you so much. Now I can enjoy MP in DCS with multithreading.
  2. So after more testing if I wait on the "Terrain Load" when joining a server for a while I get a BSOD which usually relates to kernal power. It is #41 for windows error. I have also got a NDIS failure BSOD while waiting on the same thing. No idea why because all drivers are up to date (including optional ones) and I have 0 mods. I have tried a repair as well. This is not an issue with ST exe so I believe it's the game itself. This issue looks to be pretty rare as only a few people seem to have it. Edit: I have also tried renaming saved games folder.
  3. This is a weird one because sometimes I won't have any issues loading into a server but for the most part it is a problem. When I join any MP server(usually it's on Syria) I will sometimes be forced to wait 6-8 minutes sometimes to fully load. This only takes 15 seconds or less when running the ST branch of DCS. Part of load I get hung up on for so long below: Multithreading Branch Log: Look at the time on the left. It jumps from 2:54 to 3:00 after loading whatever it did. Singlethreaded Branch Log: Notice the time jump is not present. Takes less than a second to load same thing with ST MT dcs.log ST dcs.log
  4. Might be worth looking into FLIR as a whole. I don't use combined arms but after the last major update some FLIR images seem darker. The difference between cold and hot is just not there and is looking alot like CCD rather than FLIR.
  5. Noticing this bug as well. Never used to shake this violently before patch, It shakes less when straight in on target than if I am off axis by just a little bit.   6. I have heard people having this issue throughout all aircraft after the recent patch. In my case, I was in a harrier, and for a brief moment I got a lock tone from a hawk. Then I visually saw a missile launch and the tone went away and my RWR was silent as I was visually watching this missile tracking my aircraft. People have said they have had this issue with almost all of the current sam systems and aircraft with rwr. This bug is very critical and needs a fix ASAP. Attached below is my log and tacview replay. I know it isn't the TRK file but it was too big so I just put the acmi in. My name in the track file is Omar 1-1 | CaptainCrash in AV-8B. EDIT: Timestamp 6:22:56 I was fired on by 2 hawk missiles and I didn't even know.   7. I noticed when flying with George he is not very level and has an odd left bank. I would doubt this is intended.
  8. Really wish I could use barometric at lower altitudes with George. It is a hassle having george use radar alt when the terrain is bumpy/hilly. He just pitches up and down and never gains any speed.
  9. I would like to request that George be able to fly level somehow. Currently we are only able to use radar altitude for george to fly at. If I am flying over uneven ground he is constantly pitching up and down. He is never able to gain speed doing this. I would like an option to change between barometric/radar BELOW 1300 feet barometric.

  11. I started to notice weird lines(idk what the technical term is) showing on textures in game. I started testing settings 1 by 1 and I noticed a difference when it came to the "Shadows" setting in DCS. When the "Shadows" was set to "High" I noticed the lines appearing on the outside of airplanes as well as in the cockpit in some areas. I switched the setting to "Flat Only" and I found the issue not occuring anymore. I believe this to be a bug as I would love to start using higher quality shadows to make the game look better.   12. I am noticing at that with gbu-38s,ONLY in the F16, that they are falling short of target. I believe to have followed the correct procedure to drop this weapon and to create a valid point with my TGP. I have had no issue with the accuracy of the gbu-38 in the F18 and they are pinpoint accurate to the crosshair. 1.Master Arm 2. Power ON JDAM 3. When JDAM is ready, point track a ground target 4.     Tanker

    Recently I watched a podcast where an f14 was inland(syria) and needed emergency gas. The carrier sent out a s-3b tanker to assist the tomcats with refueling. I think a feature under the ATC menu of something like "request tanker" would be nice if you are low fuel for whatever reason.
  14. I was trying to bomb a factory with a GBU-24. I did the usual procedure and the bomb went long. It appears to guide onto the laser but goes too far. I have tested this with the SAME bomb, factory, and map using the F16 and the F18. Both the F16 and F18 hit perfectly without any issue. This seems to be an issue with only the tomcat. I suspect it could have something to do with the stacks on the building and how the lantirn pod laser sees it. Again, only this problem with tomcat nothing else. Video posted below to show proof.
  15. I was on a server doing some strike missions. I lased the first target which was a warehouse and it hit perfectly. I flew about 30 nm to another target which was a factory. I designate the factory and I release the bomb on centerline and right when jester says pickle. The bomb looks like it guides onto the laser but ends up landing 100 feet long from the designated point.   16. I started having issues with the backsplash of the multiplayer screen after the latest OB update. If I enter multiplayer screen and click it makes the backsplash look weird(images below).   17. @FlappieThe problem was solved by reducing my pagefile size to 30GB. Thanks for taking the time to give me possible solutions.
  18. @FlappieI don't think it is related to the amount of units in a mission either. This PGAW server took nearly 10 minutes to load and there was not nearly as many units as when it took 4 minutes to load. Also, do you think putting DCS on my other SSD would do anything? I don't think the other SSD is any different speed just a different brand. dcs.log
  19. Already have an exception for main folder and saved games for DCS.
  20. I was running it as Administrator in the first place so I tried not doing that and it is still taking forever. dcs.log
  21. I did both of those and still have the issue. I tried joining a different MP server after but it was the same 2-5 minute wait.
