Worked on, how? I think it's pretty clear from this thread and the poll so far that most think this is at least a step in the right direction. It doesn't give anyone an unfair advantage. Why would you want to make sure the IC picks it up unless/until you guys have a solution? I love this sim. I love the visual fidelity that it's capable of - and I play for immersion. Almost everything I've done to upgrade my PC/setup is purely to make the game look better - and users like myself suffer when doing MP because whether an opponent is running a potato, or just sandbagging their settings - they get a very clear advantage over me for spotting. I've only just recently started flying warbirds, but I can't tell you how many times I've had friends running 1080 or lower call out contacts that they can very clearly see that don't even show up to me because I'm running 2k. As many others have pointed out, it's the worst part of flying warbirds and it's something that quite literally everyone I've spoken to about mentions as being "completely borked." Everyone on the servers says "gotta turn your resolution down." ...it shouldn't be that way. It's no different than the FPS players that used to turn their settings all the way down so they could see people in grass and bushes and stuff. I'm not trying to rake you guys over the coals...but c'mon.

Did you resolve this issue? Seems like it might be related to your pagefile size. Try bumping that up to at least 32GB. Should resolve your issue. If not - bump up to 64GB but that's typically overkill. Make sure the pagegile is using your fastest drive.

So I copied the same color values that you had posted in this thread. While it does look better - it still doesn't have the same, or really any, transparency like yours does. Mine seems completely solid. What am I missing, here?

HA, coincidentally I had already given it a go bumping it up to 32.5GB and the test session last night actually seemed to have worked - though it wasn't on Syria...that's tonight. I did set up a performance monitor that looked at Page File Usage % and noticed that it was averaging over 30% basically 100% of the time and I saw at least one instance where it hit close to 80%. WTF is going on, there? People shouldn't have to go modify settings like this for a game not to crash, lol. And it only seemed to be re-introduced at the start of the year. I know DCS used to have a major memory leak issue from what I was told - not sure if this is the same thing coming back again or what. Thanks for the reply, though!!

Any updates on this? I'm having the same problem and have been for about the same time period. Always DCS and Discord together. I even increased my page file size hoping that mightbhelp and nothing. It seems to have gotten even worse with the last update.

@K-51 - Got mine today! No issues with Customs whatsoever. Looks fantastic, sir! Def a quality piece of kit. Can't wait for the Apache, now!!

Has anyone that's within the US had any issues with this coming through Customs at all? Any tips/suggestions to ensure a smooth process? I definitely don't want to lose the cash if Customs seizes it.

ED just pushed a very small patch, but no mention of this. Assuming we'll have to wait until next week's patch for the fix? Is there maybe something I could adjust myself manually so I can fly it in the little bit of free time I do have this week?

I think we are all kinda waiting for a reply from him at this point...Not sure if/when that might come.

I gave up after the fifth attempt. If I have to type those freaking GPS coordinates in one more time I'm going scream. I'm glad I'm not the only one having the problem. It sucks, because I wanted to finish the campaign this weekend. Now I'm not touching it again until I see Baltic's response.

I have a problem even before this. That first SAM that launches, when it says it's not tracking and it went ballistic - it locks me and kills me EVERY TIME. I'm pretty sure you designed it that way, and it doesn't lock onto anyone I've watched do the mission on youtube and whatnot. I'm in formation in the correct spot. I have ECM XMIT on, I've tried dumping chaff and evading with no success. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
