AMD's Fidelity Super Resolution 2.0 has recently gone open source allowing developers and modders integrate this upscaler feature into their games without AMD's direct help.

With how demanding DCS can be I can see it being a major feature (although not limited to) VR. An FSR plugin has previously been available for DCS VR, however I believe it was FSR 1.0 - the new version provides greater detail and is not hardware specific, it doesn't require specific logic units such as Nvidia's DLSS thus would be available to the majority of users.
It would be nice to see this technology be implemented into DCS in the future.
