  2. If we are pulling out the stat sheet what is the current effectiveness of the AMRAAM within it's NEZ in MP? It just doesn't seem like that stat sheet is an accurate way to assume something is correct.

In the special menu when setting up programs if all programs are set to CH or FL programs when attempting to switch between CH and FL using L4 (with the CMBT page on the left MFD) to switch between CMS it will become stuck on either FL or CH the only way to switch would be using the Program button. Not sure if the behavior is correct but for those who wish to not have a combined program this can be a bit frustrating. JF17 MFD CMS Mode.trk

  6. What version of the APG68 do those graphs assume? Where are these graphs from? Lastly do you actually think the APG63 is weaker than the 68?

  8. Would like to see an official response to this it is a shame how long cows have been in the game yet this feature has yet to be implemented. Instead we are getting things like HTS pods and jammers for the f16 when what we really need is this right here. I wish ED would acknowledge that their product should not be on the market with such a core gameplay feature missing.

I always love these threads, the dev apologists and those who assume malice by the devs. The OP posted a thoughtful evidence backed report HB responded and yet third parties love to partake in a wonderful show of internet attrition. It's clear HB have acknowledged there to be an issue and have already committed themselves to doing something. Now I has much as the other guy find the discrepancies to be much but how about instead of waging a war over the reason we are in this situation we wait like normal people for the patch . At least when we present reasonable evidence to these Devs they dont ask if we are rocket scientists.
  10. During testing of the new G overload failure of the Hornets wings I encountered some scenarios in which both wings would fail at the roots. Out of curiosity I decided to test the flight dynamics without wings and was very surprised to see how well the plane flew. While I understand the body is able to create lift it seems that even at lower speeds the aircraft is still very controllable. Details can be see much better in the attached track. While not very scientific and without any hard data my hypothesis is that this is not modeled as intended.   11. I was wondering if aircraft spawned on the ground could also be added to the warehouse of the airfield they are on. Essentially this could work by having all ground spawned aircraft take from the warehouse of the airfield if they are within the capture circle of that airfield. This allows the use of the warehouse mechanic even if there are not enough slots at a given airfield. The other option would be an editor selectable option which would make that slot pull from the nearest warehouse.
