  1. I have a quest 2 and although better fps with DLSS cockpits were blurry. Just done a quick and dirty test changing Pixel per degree in debug tool to 1.25 and got most of the clarity back plus minimal loss of FPS. Still more testing to do but may help some people
  2. I recently got a HF8 and its own software worked for me straight away however I have found sim shaker for aviators to be a much better option. The only thing with that is to start dcs and be in cockpit then start sim shaker hope this helps and that you get the use you want from your HF8
  3. As a Quest 2 user i can say you can get good clarity and performance with a little tweaking however my advice would be wait a few months for the quest 3 as it will out perform the others plus poss better clarity
  4. I have just had the same issue solved it by moving slider for headset resolution . ( In oculus devise setup ) Have mine set at 120hz render resolution 4480x2256 Hope this helps
  5. There is defiantly clarity improvement as well as better fps all in all I was pleasantly surprised as didn't expect the improvements I got still tweaking in game to see if I can be happier though Plus running quest at 120 and getting pretty consistent 45 fps no real micro stutters
  6. Had it working for a while installed openxr as per the o5ther threads instructions but launch with skatezilla app using the steam vr mode In settings I believe all works well and definite improvement for me in fps
  7. I am a quest 2 user and there is a difference in FPS however I start DCS OB using Skatezilla app in steam Vr mode (Steam Vr not installed on system)
  8. I also quest 2 I run skatezilla app to start in steam mode and shows menu up only way I have managed it (steam VR not installed on machine)
  9. Yeah Then its Just trying to get settings your happy with hope all helps and improves vr For you
  10. As your using quest you dont use WMR at all so no need to worry about it
  11. Yes is the easy answer just follow what i did in previous post
  12. I do not use steam vr just dcs OB via oculus however launching via skatezilla has worked for me. I forget the post i read but once you tell it where your dcs is and check steam vr instead of oculus then openxr works. Still messing with settings but noticed a major improvement to fps hope all works for you too
  13. I had the same problem with my quest 2 i saw a post in the thread to use skatezilla to start dcs and check the steam vr option since then i have had no problems
