Difficulty levels affects to: mission timers (injured people die faster, bomb timer is shorter, things explode sooner, chain reaction is faster..etc ), the LZs are smaller, they are usually crowded, or have some obstacles on the approach, you need to be nearest to the targets/objectives to trigger them (lower to throw grenades to the ship, closer to shoot to the car... etc). Remember that you can "mix" the difficulty with the new "NO TIMER" option, so for example in the SAR missions if you choose the HARD level, you will have to land inside the tyres, and there will be more obstacles, but you will have plenty of time to approach and return to the hospital.

  5. Gentlemen, version 3.0 has been released: ■ I LOVE THIS JOB v3.0 ■ HUEY SHERIFF SKIN This new version Includes 2 new SAR missions + a "NO TIMER" option. So you can play all the missions without the timing pressure (injured people wouldn't die if you don't get them on time to the hospital, bombs will not have a timer... etc). Besides I solved the problem in the Swamp mission that doesn't allow to end it and fix all the bugs, errors and typos related with the Syria map update. I hope you like it!

  7. That's good news Flappie! Then it's time for me to start working on it. Planning: -Solve Helipad detection problem in the Hospital since the Syria update. -Solve problem with receiving missions since the Syria update. -Fix the problem at the end of the Swamp mission that doesn't allow to end it. -Solve some path problem when you are chasing the cars in the Swamp mission. -Fix some smalll bugs and errors (debug messages on screen, map names...etc) -Fix some typos. -Check refueling options. Goczeski said that " the timings are a bit too tight, making this mission feel like a racing challenge rather than immersive simulation", and I think it's a nice suggestion. I'm planning in making a "no time" option, so injured people wouldn't die if you don't get them on time to the hospital, bombs will not have a timer...etc Any other suggestion, or idea, please speak now or forever hold your peace!
  8. Yes, I see there has been some changes in the position of the Hospital Helipad that affect the missions. I found that there are several problems with another parts of the map: for example the industrial area near the city now is empty. In the map it appears to be the buildings. But there is nothing there... So I'm going to wait what's going on before starting to solve the problems, because working with the Mission Editor is a PITA!

BTW: There is another mod that improves the performance and visual experience too: FIX VR LOADING SCREEN & HANGAR - No more jitter by @winghunter removes the annyoing flickering and jittering, everything load a little bit faster and removing the Hangar makes working with the editor a much pleasant and comfortable experience.

  13. Hi @DishDoggie, as you can see in these videos the water in DCS sometimes is not as "liquid" as it should be
  14. I want to share with you two essential files that make my flying experience with the Huey much more enjoyable: 1.- CLEAR CANOPY GLASS by @Taz1004.This will make the Huey's windscreen clear. I found that depending on the light and sun position there are some continuos reflection of the blades over the windscreen that are very very annoying. And when I play on VR they make me dizzy and sick. With this file, those reflections are gone! Besides the files will rid of those horrible low-res graphic reflections of the flight suit! 2.- FIX VR LOADING SCREEN & HANGAR - No more jitter by @winghunter. I spent A LOT of time with the mission editor in VR, and removing the Hangar makes working with the editor a much pleasant and comfortable experience. Besides everything load a little bit faster! And removes the annyoing flickering and jittering. Sample video here: Hope that helps another fellow pilots. And please do not doubt to share another files you know.
  15. Thanks for your kind words @01G8R and @UncleStains , I appreciate them!!!! Your can refuel in the base. Once you land in the helipad, you will have to open the radio menu, and you will see that there is an option "F8. Ground crew", If you contact them you will see that there is a "F1. Ream & refuel" option. Besides you can refuel too in the Larnaca airport -south of the city-. Yes, this is a bug. Thanks for telling me! I like the Swamp mission, but I think it could be improved. The pursuit idea is cool, but it could be better. Those are good suggestions, thanks! But right now I'm working on something, so there is no going to be an update, sorry! But if everything goes right, I assure you that you will love the "thing" I'm working on
  16. Oh man!!! I love those dinos!! The velociraptor animations are great!! They even move their toenails!! And when the camera panned around.... wooowwww You won't believe me, but I have a notebook where I have written down several missions inspired by a kind of Jurassic Park environment! That's perfect for a Huey!! Anyway keep up the good work!!! I LOVE IT!!!
  17. WIP ---> Woooow Impressive Project!!!! The design is excellent! the scaffolds around the building are a very nice touch!. And when you stack them they look GREAT!! As @Devrim said it's perfect for combined Arms and helicopter players!!!! A very big T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U!!!

  21. They look A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!!! The locomotive is so cool and the wagons textures are amazing!!! GREAT JOB!!! Another magnificent addition!! It's incredible while ED insists in making rainbows, halos, clouds, and pressure systems you keep doing trucks, 4WD, police cars and that kind of nasty stuff... (please somebody in ED hire this kid before he goes to Microsoft!!!!)

  23. No, I don't intend to extend the missions anymore! The Swamp should be the last addition to the module. If everything goes as planned it should be released this Saturday. The Swamp has been a little bit more complex that I tought, but I must said that although it's not my favourite mission, it's the one I'm having the more fun with. We will see if you agree with that!
  24. Thanks for the bug! I found that sometimes, depending on the number of missions that you completed, when you land in the hospital it doesn't start another one. But I'm working on the game right now and I will release a new version next week. It will solve most of those bugs, and as a new addition it will add: ■ Injured people will have a life bar indicator in the SAR missions, and they could die if you do not take them to the hospital in time. ■ And a new mission called: THE SWAMP.
