  1. Looove that piece of math and it made me go "hmmm" considering my little hobby of a Canon 30D with lenses and trips to airfields and planeshows. Not as expensive as your hobby, but expensive enough to put it in perspective of a price tag of € [insert random two digtis here] :pilotfly:
  2. Woot - [going mad on Google to find some Intensive-Russian-web-courses-for-pilots] :)
  3. - Actually that sentence put a smile on my face. This is going to be SO much fun :)
  4. Actually in the bottom left of every forum page can you change the forum language between Russian, German and English.
  5. Damn nice to hear about the work in progress. The complexity of BS is beyond me and we'll never learn about your difficult workdays - and if I know developers right - nights too. I hang in there and wait. I'm very good at that :)
  6. I like to hear that. Nice to hear good stories too :)
  7. Okaaaay... ;) And working here in DK too
  8. I have waited before. I'll wait again. "It's finished, when it's finished"
  9. Yes - two different persons. And as far as I remember, there was even more hero-Kuznetsovs in WWII. Here is the admirals memoirs - And it MUST be something for Alpha ;-) http://admiral.centro.ru/memor00.htm
  10. Here you go, A6003: http://www.troest.nu/AAR.mis. Actually we're quite reasonable chaps on this forum. You don't even have to curse, before someone helps you. But as GG states. Next time take a deep breath, before you let the ranting begin. And to answer your second question. No, there isn't any easier way. No quick-mission for AAR.
  11. Sounds weird. My first reaction also was the key bindings, but since you already have checked that, my next idea is to ask if he has any HOTAS connected, that for example "presses" some keys in any way/changes mode - like the dogfight-button on the Cougar?
  12. Damn, man - I saw the pics on your galleries, and that is some amazing shots. I really liked the skydiver series and your really great tourism-shots. What is your own personal favorite shots?
  13. Awesome. Really, really liked the "finding-focus-effect". It gave the movie a good movie feel - like the camera man was standing there, trying to focus on the fastmovers. You had a movie-grain-filter in the beginning - gave it a great feel. The "company intro" was cool and stylish. I would show this to any potential new Lomac-pilots to win them over. Only request is a storyline - I luuuve stories, and you definitely have great editing and movie-skills. :-)
  14. Again? Isn't this horse beat to death? Not all manuals are available to the public - hence you can't get acceptable realism, as far as I've understood. Look here for the latest threads: http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=15665&highlight=hornet http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=15617&highlight=hornet And about what's in store after Lock On http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=14011&highlight=hornet Nice shot, though. The shot appears to be from http://www.rockwellcollins.com.
  15. OFF-TOPIC That sounds very interesting - I can't seem to find anything here on this forum regarding online exploits. Can you please tell me more? There are some very, very skilled pilots online, who has used hours, days and months of training to get at their current level of überness. I don't have that time, so I often get owned online, but I think it's more due to my lack of skills combined with their great skills than exploiting game flaws.
  16. Not Again Yet another time when I sit here at work - not working - but laughing with tears in my eyes, while colleagues are asking what I'm doing. Suntrace, I forbid you to post hilarious vids like this. ;) "Steve, are you with me?"
  17. Anyone read the press-release - Our good old pal, Carl "Stormin" Norman is program manager for TIS. Go, Carl :)
  18. Awestruck What can I say, L()Csta. I remember your post last summer with a lot of pictures from MAKS and the discussion afterwards about you pulling a lot of G's - and of course your very lovely friend/guide. But this movie really sums up your trip in 7 minutes - from a semiprofessional view it is damn good editing (and really tight with the music - that isn't easy). For me, the two best moments was of the Berkut (S-37/SU-47) flying lead in a formation of three, and the moment in your flight, where the pilot "stepped on it" and brought you up, what 5.000 ft in 10 seconds? That really blew my mind - That jet is FAST One thing is flying the MiG on a computer - another is doing it for real and feel the speed... Or did you feel it? Describe for us hungry, MiG-virgins/deskjockeys. GREAT movie
  19. Dang, this is just so much more interesting than work [Pours myself a new cup of coffee and sits back - waiting eagerly on the next reply - and thus delaying my own completion of my job-task: writing text for a new website (customer asks when it's done? I say "In Two Weeks")]
  20. Hey again, Manta In the SU-27/33 the flare/chaff counter indicator is on the right side panel by a double row of green lights about even with the pilot's upper thigh and to the right. I haven't had the chance to look if it is the same in the 'T' but there is a chance.
  21. I stand corrected. Sorry about that, Hawk. As to you, pschelchshorn. Thank you for the obvious correction, but you should either work on your people-skills - or incoporate a smiley. Now you just come across as a tool. And it is a bad beginning of your stay here on this forum.
  22. S! to that, Hawk. Couldn't you another time host your own passworded MP-session with no bogies - It should be straightforward to make in advance - then you can train and shoot each other down as much as you like :)
  23. It IS just an upgrade. But the video has Hands. Can ED tell us, weather all flyables has hands now? I know the testers has a NDA, so can Olgerd tell us a little about the hands?
