  2. Oh yeah it was, what's he done put the wrong Plane in the description file!!! Is it for a Viper or a Mudhen? Bit weird, oh well not your fault then Camble i do apologise, i'll give it another go in that case lol
  3. Sorry to be a Debby Downer but the first F-16C skin it installed it placed it in the F-15E folder!!!

  7. Hi all you wonderful people at CJS, just thought you should know that since the update today I no longer get any MFD textures in the Superhornet mod, I get the dreaded green "plaid" instead, early days I know but hey ho there's always something. Sorry this isn't where I wanted this post to go.

I'm sorry ED, as a dedicated Viper driver in DCS and a massive fan of many of the amazing talented Viper repainters out there please give your reasons for choosing just one sole F-16C skinner, one of the most talented Viper skinners has even had his skin painted on a "real" F-16C and just the other day had his scheme turned into a decal sheet for scale modellers, the other is also extremely talented Viper skinner and has churned out skin after skin after skin for the Viper all at the highest and most accurate quality. Now I have nothing against lee1hy and I to have probably all of his awesome skins but why him and him alone, please could you elaborate and justify this strange decision, I'm sure your going to upset a fair few Viper skinners with this decision.

I must congratulate you Bandit for yet another amazing update to an already fantastic mod, I'm reasonably well known on the DCS FB community group and have plugged your weather mod as much as possible, a lot of people don't seem to know about it which is a real shame imho. Thanks for all the artistic effort that you must put into this mod and for all the spare time you spend producing such an awesome mod.

Hi Nightstorm, thoroughly love this mod but sadly this latest version crashes my DCS OB, it seems that it doesn't work with CJS Super Hornet mod, the only other mod I use, all other mods are injected using OVGME as is your CFT Mod but after disabling all other mods in OVGME the CFT MOD being the only one left enabled and the CJS Super Hornet mod which is directly installed into DCS root folder my DCS crashes, if I disable CFT Mod leaving Super Hornet mod only my DCS runs fine, any ideas.

Hi CJS, after todays DCS Open Beta update(19-12-23), on launching from the carrier the Superbug mod loses all control functions, it seems to be triggered by the "salute" as far as I can see as when taking off from land base this doesn't happen and all is fine, only when launched from carrier(SuperCarrier Module) I lose pitch, roll, thrust but strangely not yaw. Love this MOD it's truly excellent but could you please look into this, thanks. Edit and addendum: I've tested legacy Hornet and this issue does not happen, it's definitely linked to the "salute" command and the control surfaces freeze up, as in pitch, roll and thrust but they don't return after SuperHornet leaves the cat. I've tried with and without any other mods but it still persists.
  13. Tripod, I can't download file 2 the thermal plant, it's more than likely a MediaFire issue but it keeps trying to generate a new key and just keeps failing.

  15. Dear ED, Since update 2.9 my Supercarriers will not show on my dedicated 2.9 server. The same mission works fine in SP. I have spent nearly all day today trying to the any of the Supercarriers to show in MP on my server. I have removed all mods including one from Saved Games, Iran a full repair on both server and DCS Open Beta 2.9(fully updated). I also tried both MT and ST exe icons and finally I removed the Supercarrier module then re-installed it but to no avail. I tried three airframes, F-18, F-14 and AV8BNA again with no success, i tried nearly all the maps and I even ran a "experiment" test mission that is solely a Hornet (client) on CAT 1 set to take off and added jus a few waypoints and again I the Carrier would not render with my jets all just plunging into the sea. The only thing I did find odd is when I tried the default John C Stennis that would not render in either SP or MP, I really do not wish to uninstall and re-install DCS as I run a very busy DCS Online Sqdn, please can you help. I a have included the "Bare Bones" miz file this is just a simple jet on a SuperCarrier set to "take-off from runway" on CAT 1 if I remember rightly, I did also try, start from ramp, parking hot etc etc agin with no success. I've got the same issue, set up ZSU-23 and ZSU-57 ground air defence units with all the bells and whistles and even though they show on my ME map once in game some of the units have not been rendered at all, I was on the Syria map and all units named and set up correctly with full advanced waypoint actions.

  20. Hi Bartek, I cannot seem to get your new textures to show in DCS either using direct installation or OVGME which I successfully use for all your other Caucaus textures etc etc. I have no other Normandy mods running. Hope you can help. Rob Mason. P.S. Is this for Normandy 1.0 or 2.0?
  21. Thank you so much "CH" for all these wonderful mods, I have them all and to be honest couldn't live without them in the modern era of mission making in DCS. I was wondering though and a real outside thought, as the new Normandy 2.0 map is now out in early access have you ever thought of doing WW2 Assets such as tanks, armoured cars, military vehicles on both sides axis and allied. Just a thought. Rob.

Hi, love the Gripen mod, just a small issue, I cannot seem to re-arm the Gripen from the re-arming menu, all the new AAM's are there but I just get the dreaded "unable to comply" from the ground crew. I'm at a blue base, parking brake on, MASS set to safe and trigger to safe, am I missing something?
  23. Hello all I hope your all safe and well, I can never seem to get custom skins to show on either red or blue side in MP when using my Master Modes UK Dedicated server. For instance I downloaded and installed(Saved Games/DCS World Open Beta/Liveries/F-14A 135-GR) a IRIAF F-14A skin to be used in Syrian map based MP mission. In SP the IRIAF skins are shown properly but in MP the F-14A skin seems to default to the standard USN skin(top of the list). This has been an ongoing problem for me for a fair amount of time. Even some standard skins such as the Mig-21bis skin never seems to show anything but the first default grey camo skin(Belarus AF?) yet I programmed them with Syria 1 or 2 skins and again in SP all is fine. I even tried adding them directly into Saved Games/DCS World Open Beta Server /Liveries folder and although I've had a little success with this work around (Argentinian custom M2000C skins worked) most in MP just will not show in MP. Am I missing something? Any help and advice in rectifying this problem would be most appreciated. Thank you Rob "Merlin" Mason. P.S. I am running Aircraft MOD Community A4E/C, Tech Mods, SAM Assets pack, Massun's 92 MOD and SA-300S Pack but I have tried without these mods and still doesn't work.

I puta 15 curve on my elevator and aileron in axis tune this made an extreme difference, also I also found that power settings are key to a good "hands off" trim, say around 2500-2600 rpm and around 10 boost but yes do agree it is a little sensitive but I'm sure ED will address it over the next few months.
  25. I know,I know more Mossie screenshots oh well.I've tried to do some semi-correct codes this time using E-GR LR 333 as a starting point,cannot wait til you amazing skinners get to grips with your "chisels" for this beauty.Bravo ED for an excellent WW2 edition to DCS. Rob.
