Virtual Carrier Strike Group THREE is a group of likeminded individuals who enjoy the thrills and challenges of virtual combat aviation through the use of Digital Combat Simulator. We come from all walks of life ranging from military duty to real life pilots with a common purpose of becoming the most lethal virtual aviators possible. VF-103 meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 2000 EST to 2200 EST to brief the upcoming flight, get in the air and perform that evenings sortie, then debrief with lessons learned. We currently have 12 fully qualified pilots and need more RIOs to help them better execute the mission. No RIO experience? No problem! We have 4 RIO Instructor pilots that can take you from zero to hero. Hey everyone, I`ve got an NVME M.2 SSD and 24gb of ram. I was trying to experiment with the Preload radius settings but couldn't come to a conclusion as results in FPS didn't vary that much. With 24gb of ram, how much do you think I should set it to?

Hey fellow tomcatters, after the patch that came out on the 20th, The DLC has changed drastically, now, I feel like there is a huge delay in relation to Adding DLC drag and the plane actually increasing descent rate, a good amount of delay when compared to how it was before. Also, weirdly, now DLC forward makes the plane pitch up a lot, has just been very weird and unusual for me, so i`m struggling to adapt to the new DLC mechanics, I used to rely on it a lot and now it just feels completely useless, anyone also noticed that and managed to tame it already?
