Can't command AI in Fighter Sweep instant action mission

+1 Related: external lights are off on the Flight members when using the Push Time feature (which is nice :D). Lights are 'always on' when flying the full missions, which is kinda ...not so smart of those wingman'. No comm option to tell them what to do, and they don't follow my lead.
