You obviously don't know the history of Razbam in other platforms. Also you assume way too much about the alleged non payment leverage issue when Razbam muddied the waters and detracted from the 'real' reason why payment was withheld. If anything Razbam have 'destroyed' themselves by disgraceful pre action protocol behaviour. Using their Discord as a ED battering ram without discrimination. Thank God it's only a handful of people causing as much trouble as possible, but there are good reasons why some of us would like to see the back of Zambrano and it dates back long before DCS !! I have calmed down now
-
So what! Go back to Zambrano's Discord where your thoughts are more appreciated. Best wishes Mizzy

How do you know? No need to answer, you haven't got a clue. Mizzy
-
And ED have not ! Mizzy
-
It may be so, but as stated it is not exclusive to Razbam to develop is it ? Mizzy
-
If that is the case, he is employable to use his skills for other developers. Mizzy
-
In my opinion, this is good news.

Sorry, I don't quite follow? Is Gallinette an employee of Razbam?

That is what the Razbam farce is really all about. Zambrano is making it as difficult as possible for ED to resolve this dispute since Zambrano went public with his idiotic reason of him not updating modules that he has no control of unless paying his developers, but he breached IP contractual protocol. As I have said, the resolution to this will not include Razbam (zambrano) being a developer for DCS ever again and that is very good news. As for the future of zambrano's published modules in DCS, I think Kate let the cat out the door, bless her. Anyway, The Hawk nonsense was a turning point for ED in 3rd Party development in that, a 3rd Party by 'Contractual agreement' must submit their source code in disputes that severs their continuation as a developer for DCS for 'whatever reason'. As I have said many times, zambrano is not a developer as such, he doesn't do anything other than his skills of packaging other peoples work and selling it to a marketplace. I believe ED may have been naive dealing with zambrano and his brand 'Razbam' It's no surprise to me this has happened other than how many years zambrano has got away with it exploiting others. Mizzy

Calm down everyone, it's just zambrano trying to muddy the waters yet again. There is nothing knew in his so called statement and the only misinformation is coming from zambrano's discord. In my opinion, once ED gets rid of zambrano, the batter for all of DCS. Btw, it has also been stated zamrano doesn't hold the rights to the source code, he just sold it and packaged it for selling to ED. Mizzy

That is exactly my thoughts when I saw Razbam as a 3rd Party developer for DCS. I use the term 'Developer' loosely when it comes to Razbam. Mizzy
-
Yes, that is what I was interested in. I assume that the Contracts are pre decided and agreed in which Jurisdiction they fall in case of dispute. Mizzy

Ahh right, there you go. Not a big deal as I just uninstall the Remaster so I can use my old skins. Cheers
-
Firstly, I like the Remaster, there has been a lot of work put into the model and for £5 using airmiles, it's a steal. However, I have a large collection of skin jobs and I was expecting to still use the old model but I have to uninstall the new one to use the old skins. Is there any way we can have both models please. Mizzy

This is true for many I believe. DCS is a fountain of joy for many of us as a platform who love military aviation. It is true DCS has no competition but then again that is why we have DCS ! I remember a message from Igor Tishin just after 'Lock On' was published and he said there was a market for a high fidelity commercial military based flight simulator and he was right RIP Igor. Mizzy

It's called a 'Pre Action Protocol' (PAP) in the UKs Civil code of practice. Before any formal litigation, there must be a proven PAP and if there is no PAP, the Company who wishes to take the path of Formal Litigation will simply be asked to attempt mediation first before Formal Litigation can proceed and be listed. From my understanding, that is what ED have done already. Mizzy

Probably longer, Razbam have a convoluted business structure and it's been the subject of several posts. https://venturesmarter.com/ltd-vs-llc/ Mizzy

Of course it's ok for ED staff to make public comments, but none have been directly about the 'dispute' other than the first page. You read far too much into things and whatever has gone 'unnoticed' is a minority group that read too much into things. RB and their Discord along with Exposed are trashing ED, that is not the case with any ED public comments, I would have thought you can see this is obvious. If you have an example of ED trashing RB, please make it public. Kind regards Mizzy

So, do other 'module makers' have a dispute with ED over IP infringement? I will answer that for you, they don't. "The only module I may get is the A-6E if its the SWIP version, and ONLY that version" So does every 3rd Party developer only get your endorsement if they only develop what you personally want in DCS? Shake your head, it may help you reach reality. Mizzy

Why does RAZBAM ignore the sound quality of their modules?

You forgot to say, this is just your opinion and based on nothing but that. Mizzy -
Sorry to burst your bubble, but I did say it was my opinion. You should read peoples posts more thoroughly before making an issue. Also, you know whatever is said in these posts are nothing but opinion, why you make big issues out of nothing? or are you just bored? just my opinion. Mizzy

Did you not read my comment properly? I said it's my opinion!
