So, do other 'module makers' have a dispute with ED over IP infringement? I will answer that for you, they don't. "The only module I may get is the A-6E if its the SWIP version, and ONLY that version" So does every 3rd Party developer only get your endorsement if they only develop what you personally want in DCS? Shake your head, it may help you reach reality. Mizzy

I don't think you will convince the Razbamer's of what (he) really is and the real function of Razbam. I have said before, my jaw dropped when I heard they were developing for DCS, 'developing what' I asked myself. I hope ED can take the modules in question off the Publisher and give it to the developers. Razbam are not coming back to DCS and ED can publish the Developers work directly. There is no need for another publisher in DCS, the South Atlantic map exposed the real function of Razbam and of course, the Developers are still updating the map and Razbam can't do a thing about it. The Orbx team were obviously smart not allowing Razbam to dictate anything when it comes to development of their map. I wonder how long this post would last if I posted this on Zambrano's Discord Mizzy

Couldn't have said it better myself. You forgot that Razbam left MSFS leaving a mess and don't bother with what they did with Strike Fighters. When will people realise Razban doesn't do any development, they just publish other peoples work. Mizzy

Wow, do you have evidence of this? Is it official? If it is, we now know what the dispute is all about and no need to speculate. I think this should be on the front page, don't you ! Mizzy Something has just occurred to me, why has Zambrano used the 'we have not been paid' when he obviously knew fine well what the dispute was all about. Why did he portray the notion that he wasn't aware of all this and a situation they never asked for, or words to that effect. So, he deliberately miss represented the dispute and caused all this rift when it was unnecessary to do so!!

Firstly, I must have missed your so called logic, anyway, my logic is simple, there are three official statements only, all else is speculation which is what you are doing ironically. Secondly, It would have been preferrable for Zambrano to tell the truth about the nature of the dispute rather than claiming he hasn't been paid as the cause which is palpably untrue, there is more to this and he knows that. Anything else?

I also read Reddit regarding this the other day with an open mind, and it was quite convincing You may have an open mind, they don't and they are good at making misinformation look 'quite convincing' However, you will get an instant ban if you question their quite convincing misinformation.

Firstly, who said anything about money changing hands! Please read what I said, my wording was 'financial gain' and this can come in many different ways and avenues, unless you know Razbam were using EDs IP for no financial gain either presently or in the future and were giving EDs IP free of charge which is a serious violation?. The latter you don't know because that is confidential. Secondly, as far as the Tucano is concerned (I didn't know there was an aircraft called that so thanks) you do not know if the the IP dispute is concerned solely about the development of this aircraft (if it actually is) because nobody knows what the dispute is fully about. It's certainly not about paying Razbam and their unprofessional approach in bringing a private dispute into the public domain where it's been manipulated into the mantra 'pay Razbam'. For me, this is quite a despicable and reckless act by Zambrano because he's dividing this community with a very selective reason why this dispute has come to light. He has shown he is not worthy of publishing other peoples developments for DCS any longer by his actions against the Platform he was publishing for. So, when people say that Zambrano's actions are shady, I have to agree, afterall, he's just a salesman and salesmen/women tend to be a bit shifty, in my opinion of course, Mizzy

That is what I thought you had based your opinion on and that is why I asked my questions. Have you thought your information for hating ED has been manipulated? It seems to me weak minded people are very susceptible to Razbam's propaganda. The propaganda being Razbam have not been paid but you forget the real issue is Razbam have used ED's IP without permission for their own financial gain and expect ED to put up with the situation using their published module 'fan' base as 'leverage' in legal negotiations!! Can you see how you have been manipulated read 'Reddit' and the very hostile group towards ED in shaping your opinion, or are too far gone in having a rational mind in this matter and reading the first post in this thread that details the real reason why this dispute has arisen ? When I see posts blame ED for non payment, I instantly realise you are radicalised by 'Reddit' and the DCS Exposed crap. Think for yourself and read the first post in this thread and have independent thought about this dispute ! Are you that weak minded ! Mizzy

Just curious, but if you don't care who's to blame, why put all the blame on ED? Also why do you feel DCS is not developer friendly when there is only one developer (who don't actually develop themselves) affected? My personal experience of Razbam is they were the same with other platforms (MSFS, Strike Fighters) they just left all their published add-ons without warning and re-emerged here in DCS and it looks like the same story is going to be repeated. Don't you think you should let other 'gamers' decide what they want to play rather than you telling them what they should do ! Thank you Mizzy PS: Don't forget the Super Carrier modules, it's great to play and land on a little boat in extreme weather. I have not managed it myself but is still fantastic to try. I will let people know if I ever achieve it with evidence Mizzy

Sorry, I may have been a bit too subtle. Anyway my post was what is referred to as 'tongue in cheek' My apologies if anyone took it seriously. Mizzy I believe this is what will happen under a different brand or even directly published on ED Store page. I think Razbam were only publishing it (like all their modules including the SA map), not actually developing it themselves, or himself. Mizzy

Imagine your example is unrelated to the dispute, can you imagine that? By your logic, you are bring in non logic to the dispute. Do you understand? That is all of us, we don't understand jack <profanity> in this dispute other than what is stated in the first post. We have certain people regurgitating their Zambrano narrative (pay razbam) over and over again and we have the Hawk nonsense as an example which is as unelated to this dispute as chalk is to cheese. Which Party in this dispute went public about a private business mattes? Exactly. Who leaks confidential information about this private dispute? Exactly Who isn't paying their contracted (a separate contract with ED) developers regardless of dispute? Exacltly. Who used IP without permission? Exactly I have stated my personal opinion, Razbam cannot ever continue to develop for DCS after this.
