  1. Well, there I was,... just getting back into playing games and stuff when I saw a wonderful sight in Lock on (my fav flight simulator), all those really lovely graghics when aircraft fly about in virtual space. Ok here is my point, why did not Oleg rent the graghics engine from Eagle (Fighter Collection, Nick Grey) Dynamics for his up coming Battle of Britain!!! Ok, many of you may know that I don't know very much about technical things that come with hi fidelity flight simulators, such as avionics and all this clartyfarty stuff, but I do know that Lock On has much better hi altitude graphics and a sense of being really high up, something that IL2 never had! Well, since BoB is high altitude (relatively speaking), why did not Oleg rent EDs masterpiece Lock On graphics engine for BoB?? Or..... why can't ED do a WWII sim based on the Lock On game?? I mean we have the advanced flight model thingy already done. I am sure WWII aircraft could be manipulated (nay remodelled) into Lock On and sell it, Surely that is what the Fighter Collection is all about..... restoration of WWII airframes!! ??? I know... I am rambling on as usual but I can have my say like everyone else about their thoughts on this subject!! Can anyone offer a suggestion because I really think Lock On could be the best WWII flight sim as well as being the best flight sim. Mizzy.
  2. Yeah and it might not ;) Its not speculation that they have a website under construction to do with this game and its possible future direction! Mizzy
  3. Russian please and a Mig 21 will do fine :) Mizzy
  4. What !!! so you fly combat sound simulations  Well that's a first :) Nite nite Mizzy
  5. Very well deserved too!! Congrats on your flying at last being recognised by a bigger audience. Btw wheres the next Video?? :) Mizzy
  6. Yes I agree that Flaming Cliffs is such a great value! You want to see what MSFS add ons cost for f*** all. Mizzy
  7. YES thats the same one, THE very same one :) Mizzy
  8. Yes its a Mirage III :) Yes Brit, Fin was there with his ear muffs on looking like he was an air traffic controller. I think one of those pictures is the one on display at Elvington! Thanks all. Mizzy
  9. Here is me with a back drop of one of my fav aircraft of all time!! Can you name it? Also this is me with Fin (my son) at Blackpool and the elephant called Christina (thats my name btw........ no sarcy remarks please!) Best wishes Mizzy
  10. Thank you Dusty But if 1.1 has a Advanced flight model, will this "black Shark" (sorry not big shark, silly me) also have some advanced flying physics as well? If so, won't it be more difficult than any of the others? Whats EECH btw? Mizzy
  11. Anyone informed on this subject? Oh and will this "Big Shark" add on be hard to control? I can't fight much in these simulations (and yes I do play Falcon 4 and IL2) cos its too difficult but I can fly quite well in them :) Mizzy
  12. I went to have a look at the flight sim area in PC world today and could not believe my eyes  29 POUNDS for an out of date Vulcan Bomber add on for..... wait for it...... Microsoft Flight Sim 2002!!! Thats roughly $50 for just one aircraft apparently modeled to the superior FM engine of Microsoft FS!. What a load of **** **** and ****** ********* *** **** I was SO Mad. To think of how much it cost for LOMAC Gold and FC 1.1... OOOOO I was ***** ****** ** **** *** ****** ***** ***** just to think that f****** *** **** ******** *** **** ******** *** ****** ** ******* *** ********** can get away with charging THAT ******* much !! This next part needs editing I was so MAD! Microsh** can go and ******* ***** *** ********* *** ********** * ******* *********** ******** the f****** ***tards, what a cheak :) Seeya all. Mizzy. PS lets remember where REAL value is and ED and FC 1.1 is extreme value for your Euro!!!
  13. http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=9882 Also can I have a Bat wing to fly like in Forgotten Battles, or was that a proper real WWII jet? Mizzy
  14. I think NP-Jason has stated nothing other than there are no reported defects from NP sale of the product. Jeez Guys lighten up and don't get so f**ing serious. Mizzy
  15. hey I hardly post at all but go in spates as time permits :) yep its summertime and I have time on my hands, hence my writing this :D Mizzy PS anyone notice I have moved to influence rating 1!! :D
  16. Well that told me :) I wasn't being serious btw. Mizzy
  17. Just for the record, the F15 had little chance against the Su27 short or long range and was a dead duck short to medium with the Mig 29. The F15 was nothing more than BVR and clear off before it got in any trouble. I can understand why you need more top speed :D Just my observation on the F15. Mizzy
  18. Thank you for your help Mizzy
  19. I am very good at changing nappies and getting autographs from real pilots at airshows (how sad) but I have no idea of how you change things in LOMAC (or any other game for that matter) can someone direct me to a new afterburn texture than the stock one in the game ? The one in game looks like its stuck on with glue. many thanks in advance of my request. Mizzy PS I am really active tonite, I even found out how to fire missiles in the Su25t :)
  20. Brit ol'e boy, you are not truly reading (or understanding) what I write ;) Of course I am fully aware of the FM saga in simulations and the AFM and the development aspect and MI5 and the SAS and the theory of cognitive dissonance.... believe me I AM :D Lest did I say anything about my proposal being easy!!!! or a timeframe .... well did I?? Err nope, so let me continue with a bit of further debate. Now the Mig29 and the Su27 (oops missed the F15 and the A10 never fly them and for no real reason  don't have no fancy AFM but we still jock away with them, well I do anyway. So we could have a reasonable FM on these lines could we not, I mean its been good enough since the the launch of LOMAC ;) As for the cockpit development, well ED could recruit Aeyes and crew ;) Concentrate on the fidelity as being equal to the Su25 (pre 1.1) and we have a fantastic add-on product. As for how long it takes emm let me see..... well it took 9 months to develop Janes USAF that was for the whole game  so lets give Lead Pursuit a tidy 12 months to have the older birds in LOMAC fly with their own dedicated cockpit and a reasonable FM based on the MIg29/Su27 ethos..... oh and I will pay 29 pounds (no idea what that is in Euros butits roughly $50) I mean have you seen what they charge for add-ons for Microsofts flight thingy and the FMs are .. well microsofts :D Ok I want names and addresses for my idea so that I can lobby 10 Downing Street later this week! Regards Mizzy (always a sting in my tail but never a killer!)
  21. There it is in its full glory and a reasonable model of it too but can we fly it...... NO WE CAN'T... I am referring to the F5 of course :) No me thinks I have an idea for third party commercial development (if ED allowed it and it did not breech ubi slops contract) and its to sell an add on that has cockpits for the following: F5 Su17 Mig23 Mig25 Well, if Microsoft flight boreulater can have third party development that offers just terrain at over $29 and single aircraft for not much less, surely we can have a cockpit add on for the less technical aircraft in LOMAC. Now come on ED, get your marketing working and get this task out to tender. I just thought about it, how about having 'Lead Pursuit' as the development house????? I expect an official answer btw cos I am very important :) Notice I have moved to influence number 1 ;) !!! Many thanks Mizzy
  22. Hey that's interesting to the extreme!!!! So any news?? Mizzy
