P51 engine test 4.51.trkthe engine dies before 5 min. Sometimes it s more 10min and sometimes he die in 1 minute or 2 minute. I can do a test where the engine die in 1 minute but juste gonna take me some times and the first track i think is good for that. Some one know how the engine really work in dcs? I think we got a engine with a random life time, this is why sometime the engine die fast, i got the same with the P47. i have no problem like this with the 109 and the spit. I remenber the FW190D9 got a bug like this with random engine failure and the bug got fix maybe the same.

i fly a lot the p51 and that not a problem from me is the some time the engine die and the message is: engine life It s not a overheat issue

i have been flying the p51 for 2 years i know the procedures

i don t think is that, some time in game i take off fly 20 min, then go full power and engine died really quick in the minute.

ok thank you for all of that, that interesting and yeh some times the engine die very quick i don t undestand why it s really frustrating. P51D engine die.trk that a quick mission by ED on the channel i go with wep just for 1.36 min and the engine die just like that, not because of overheating

is that normal the 109 can go 30 min max power without a break?

dude tell me how i can do that, the only way to show your wrong is to take a 50cal and shoot a wing but i don t have the money for that i show you here now take a p51 and do the same that is imposible in dcs with a quick burst like that i never see that in dcs tell me i m wrong and in dcs we are really far to cut a wing like that
