I was able to get this to work with the open composite downloaded system wide but I really want to set it up with OvGME so I don't need to mess with open composite for other games but I can't get it to work even though I followed the github instructions. EDIT: Looks like the github is actually unsupported now anyone else doing this OvGME? Prerequisites To use this you'll first need OvGME. Do not use your user profile Downloads folder as the OvGME repository. You know who you are. Importing The archive comes prepacked with a Version file so OvGME can differentiate between versions. Assuming you have correctly cofigured OvGME, the simplest way to set this up is: View the latest releases Download the OCXR_WMR_APP.zip archive Open OvGME Click Import Mods Choose the newly downloaded OCXR_WMR_APP.zip archive Activate the mod

Alt Tab out of the game until your FPS stabilizes. It can take upwards of 30 seconds sometimes but 95% of the time it fixes it for me.

Yeah I recently had the alt tab trick not work. But 90% of the time is does. Hopefully others with this issue will see this post.

Maybe I’m crazy but I turned my motion reprojection from forced to enabled in Steamvr and it seems to run better now. Every time my frames tanks I just alt tab for 10 seconds and it’s back to normal.

Same issue for me. Doesn’t make me hopefull seeing this is something that’s been an issue for a while.

yeah the second I spawned in a 4ya server I went from a locked 45 to 10fps with the purple graph. Alt Tab for a few seconds and I was back to 45fps.

Yeah my FPSVR graph goes purple. It also does the same thing in the menu even after I exit the game. Seems like hitting alt tab and alt enter seems to fix it temporarily

I got a reveb G2, 5800x, rtx 3080 and 32gb of ram. For what ever reason when I play online its good for a bit and then my framerate tanks to like 20 instead of the 45 that I'm used to. if I leave the server and go into single player my frame rate is still really low even though theres nothing going on. The only thing that fixes it is closing the game and reopening it. Anyone seem to have a solution? edit: So far it seems like alt tabbing for 10 or so seconds seems to stabilize my frame rate. High textures make it much worse and using the F keys to change views and use the map seems to lower the performance.

What mod manger do you use? I'm pretty new to DCS and defintly want to use a mod manger. I love the Microsoft flight sim mod manager.

Maybe I’m just dumb but I’m having a hard time deciphering this post. Not sure what graphical settings the tests are referencing. Are the pictures of the DCS graphics settings what you would recommend? EDIT: Turns out The tables didn’t load right on mobile. Now on desktop I can appreciate this. Great work. Can’t wait to tune my settings with this

I'm learning the game and the F18. I figured manual bombing would be easy for me to learn but boy was I wrong lol.

yeah I heard you man. It makes the learning process that much harder.

is there any good video tutorials on this? I'm struggling to grasp it lol.
