  1. I tried it just now (7 GBU-34, on CFTs and centerline) and have this only with the two bombs that are transported on the back of the fuselage. They are staying behind, overflying the target and then coming back and therefore hitting way after the other bombs. Have you checked if in your case it's always the same bomb(s) or just the last one? I used 7 times GBU-34, on CFTs and centerline, direct, step, and tried to hit a beam of 8 hangars, programming from left to right. I set the GBUs up starting with the left center CFT to the leftmost hangar, left front CFT to second, centerline to third (and so on), right aft CFT, right center CFT, right front CFT, left aft CFT - and the fourth and seventh hangar were hit way after the rest.
  2. Since I enhanced my memory from 32GB to 64GB I sometimes have the problem that my system heavily stutters in the menu (something with the map loading, freezes everything up to and including mouse movement) and it looks like with this it gets better. i7-13700KF @3.40 GHz
  3. I just ejected my pilot and my wso after just 1 press (instead of 3 as expected).
  4. Different engines with more thrust. (129 kN instead of 106 kN)
  5. Yes, even better than the "C" if empty or small loadout.
  6. His point is that if the mirrors are gray they are like stowed away for other planes, aka completely off, and won't use any performance. @Timghetta I'm very sorry you have to endure this.
  7. Please add a proper checkbox to a tab or such for target points in the waypont editor (and either remove that unintuitive "#T" or keep it for legacy reasons). This way people that only seldomly create missions for the Mudhen or create them for the first time won't have to search for that information in forums, videos or tutorials.
  8. The controls you can set for "TGP Laser Switch: ARM" and "TGP Laser Switch: SAFE" do not in any case set the rear switch to arm or safe. Instead it depends on in which state the switch was prior to pressing the control, it's more like a toggle function. This feels like a bug to me.
  9. Can you add smoke, please? Either internally like with the Hornet or via smoke pods? That would make it way more possible to use the Hen as an aerobatics plane which would add to its versatility and visibility in the media.
  10. The current option sucks if you want to use real switches with 2 or 3 positions.
  11. I don't know if they do in reality but they for sure do in DCS at the moment. You mean the pylon drops and the pod magically stays under the wing is correct?
  12. When playing the "F-15E - Caucasus - Free Flight (DAY)" mission there is an AN/ASQ-T50 TCTS Pod on station 8B that is not jettisoned when pressing the EMERG JETT button but stays put.
  13. Was able to take slightly better pictures yesterday: Sorry for the bad quality of the thermal images, my device does not support taking photos so I had to take them through the eyepiece using my cellphone.
  14. When using the NVGs the Laser now shows as a single bright spot on the target without anything connecting the target and the spotter. If this is intended then all is good.
  15. Today we flew with the Apache at night, with NVGs. I could see bright green lines, turns out they were laser beams. The size of 10 Apaches stacked. I have a track file, but it's too big, therefore I placed it here: http://x51.dg4sfw.de/tmp/Apache_Village_Attack_Night_BadWeather-20220322-195720.trk (Sorry but it takes a while, you can see the laser lines after my second takeoff.) The tiny dot on the left end of the beam is an Apache. This time the beam source is a tank in a village.
  16. Ok, I finally got some photos. The clouds finally opened up and it's also pretty late so please excuse that I didn't travel to an empty space but took them from the street in front of my house. As you can see the moon emits quite some thermal energy, it is in fact even more than the leafs and some of the trees and also some houses around here. (It's like 5 °C here at the moment, but still.)
  17. Sure, no problem. Have a look at this screenshot: You can totally see the crate I placed in front of the helicopter so you can orient yourself, but you won't see the moon on the thermal image, and that is not correct. The sky should be as cold as it gets, and the moon should be visibly warmer. I'll take a thermal photo of the moon later on if there are no clouds when the moon comes out so you see what I mean. MoonThermal.trk
  18. When you look at the moon with a termal imaging camera you will see that it is rather warm, in comparison to space, but in DCS 2.7.11 it is not.
  19. As a workaround try this: http://tech.blog.dg4sfw.de/single.php?date=1640509860 @f4l0 Would you please consider supporting it natively?
  20. If I use a physical switch to switch the FLIR pod on prior to a mission start it does not work, the virtual FLIR switch in the Hornet cockpit is always switched to off. Only if, after mission start, I physically switch to something else and then back on it also switches the virtual switch (and the FLIR). The same thing works as intended for the Master Arm switch, on the other hand.
