Currently trying to figure this out with my friend. He's rolling down the whole runway and only getting to about 100mph before overrunning and crashing into the fence. Brakes are off and reading 0 on the pressure, props are full forward, making +12 of boost if he gives it the beans but the plane just isn't gaining speed.

During the "Hercules" mission the Tacan set to 31X never works at all. A good way to reproduce the bug.

Can we all confirm this is the case? I just tried the "Hercules" mission and I can't get the Tacan to work at all in any mode with no amount of "turn it off and on again" solving my issue.

While this is all really interesting info to have now, the cowl flaps werent open when this happened. Wonder if it was just a bug, or maybe they were SLIGHTLY open and the game just registered it as such? Ill post the video later this evening.

The cowl flaps were closed, would that effect the rudder though?

Anyone have their rudder snap off mid dive? I was doing maybe 400mph, perfectly coordinated diving down on a few 109s and the rudder just peaced out. I have it on video in case nobody believes me haha Sucked to fly such a long way and have some shoddy manufacturing screw me but hey I'm sure WWII pilots had to turn back for sillier... less deadly things. Let me know if I did something wrong - I do recall early P47s in real life having structural issues with the tail in a dive maybe this was a simulation of that? I just figured it wouldnt happen unless I was truly overspeeding or had the rudder way out there at speed.

Hoping for some missions or campaigns to give me a reason to get this bad boy installed!!!
