  1. But I don't think this could solve all problems, just providing a lower scale cockpit is a straight, simple but effetive way.
  2. As we all know, there are not many people having a MONSTER pc to run an ah64 or f-14 monster, they need a lot of resources somehow even out of nowadays tech level.A very simple optimization is just to provide a less precise cockpit or model, but it's optional,so that players having various pc can enjoy same fps(maybe). So,is it possible for ED or any other dev team to provide such optional models?
  3. Negative.A few members in the group met this problem in own-made SP missions.
  4. In a discussion in a group of DCS players, some people say that they met a problem that when you are in a HOT Hornet,if you try to shutdown the plane and then do a normal startup, you find that sometimes you cannot go through a normal FCS BIT procedure. As the pictures show, the flaps remain up and the ailerons remain down, meanwhile the FCS page shows FCS A&B status restart. In addition, either you shutdown by initiating the Autostop procedure or you shutdown according to NATOPS,you meet this. Therefore,I suspect that it's not in respect of the shutdown procedure.I had managed to find the way to duplicate this bug:if you do the BIT before you completely start two engines, you get this. And some group members provide important information that you can also try to avoid this bug by starting 2 engines as fast as you can,one right after another.I consider it as a servere bug,and please pay special attention to it.
  5. OK,I should have been more precise about it,thanks. Wow,it's fun,thanks.
  6. Yeah, but, they are basically the same thing. And the most important thing is that I can designate it when I am on the ground, and no radar pages on DDIs
  7. I heard that it may be the HOJ function of the radar,is that true?I still doubt why I can track a HOJ target when no radar pages shown on DDIs.
  8. OK, the issue is, in short, when I am on the ground, weight on wheels, no radar page(s) on DDIs, and not in A/A master mode. However, when I try to activate NWS HI, pressing the S button, the radar locks a target, which is not supposed to, the radar seems to be silent. Such behavior matchs what the radar in air fights should do when pressing S. So I assume it's a bug. PS:I was using TWS mode before I landed. I encountered such issus several times but I do not assure it can be replicated.
  9. Deploy some SA-15 Tors to test, they detect some longer, furthermore, they work independently, so they can be easily put in the scenario.
  10. As I noticed, either the AGM-65D or the Litening T-Pod on the Hornet shows a reversal of the pole of the FLIR.At the same time, when I use my extra screen to monitor the content on the AMPCD of the Hornet, the screens has a weird contrast and saturation, which makes me hard to recognize what's in it.And last,it has long been a issue with the DDIs and AMPCD's contrast and brightness, therefore it seems not like a realistic one in a Hornet and bring troubles with players to use. Wish you good days.
