  1. @Raven68 ED will be setting their own standard. When you look at the complexity of the sim already it will require a new standard. We may have to agree to disagree on this one as I believe the Falcon 4 Campaign engine was as complex if not more so than DCS. Btw as of this writing no one has developed anything close to Falcon 4’s Dynamic Campaign engine. DCS does have superior graphics and multiplayer capabilities. In addition the level of detail in radar and avionics in DCS aircraft also seem to be superior to anything else currently available IMO.
  2. Which is awesome and I wish them nothing but success. However, it wouldn’t hurt to talk to the guy who set the standard. From his comments in the video it seems like he would be willing to share some of his expertise
  3. Good points. Maybe the devs can talk to this guy. He designed the Falcon 4 Dynamic Campaign engine.
  4. If DCS is really in financial trouble (IDK). Releasing the Dynamic Campaign should make them some good cash. If the module is priced somewhere between $50 - $70 this will bring in some positive cash flow. Unlike the planes or terrain mods, the Dynamic Campaign is something every DCS user will benefit from adding to their collection. It will also extend the life of the sim IMO. I hope they keep working on it and release it sooner rather then later.
  5. Anyone else having a problem with Liberation and the F-18's Data Link? I checked the (next turn) miz file and it correctly has both of the client aircraft selected as members. However, when you hop in the pit and turn on the data Link you are unable to see your wingman on the DDI SA display.
  6. Can you please add a slider in the GUI to reduce the amount of haze in the game. Thanks.
  7. Hi, Where does the zero go? Right after the word Haze? Do you need to put an =? Like this line below - as an example: return color*transmittance + inscatterColor * gAtmIntensity * 0.5; //Taz1004 Haze = 0 Or do you need to set up the line some other way? Thanks for the help.
  8. Hey guys the new beta update is causing connection time out issues in MP again. The problem was fixed in the previous update, but it is broken again. 1. Can you please fix this? 2. Can you please create a cockpit save settings feature so that when we get kicked out multiple times in MP you don't have to reset the pit every time. Thanks.
  9. Thanks so much for doing the update. Your mod (just the ability to adjust the amount of haze) makes this game 100 % better.
  10. Same here - right after the new patch update. Error code is 504.
