  1. I will try and ScreenGrab my start up to show to you.. it's been bothering me for some time now and I always thought I might figure it out by myself but I didn't I havn't checked for easy flight mode.. I will recheck all my settings the next time I fly.. Thanks so much for all your input
  2. thats what I thought should happen, but somehow if I would just increase rpm to 101% rpm and do nothing else the Apache will spin and tip over in a matter of seconds... it really is frustrating...
  3. Hello, maybe I did miss this (sorry for that if that's the case) but is there a way to check for new versions and run the update when using the MT version or does it still only work on ST?
  4. Thx for your reply.. I will upload a trackfile maybe i really do something wrong.. Regarding the 95% I forgot to put the "rpm" there.. So when I start up after both engines are running I am supposed to increase rpm to 100% (or even 101%) with no collective but then the helicopter already moves a LOT I never really had a look on my actual weight I was just doing Instant Action - cold start on a random map.. not sure how big the loadout is there.... EDIT: I checked the bindings already but maybe I missed something - will check again.. thanks
  5. Hmmm.. please let me know if you find out the reason.. I am struggling with the AH-64 aswell... as soon as I get up to ~95% rpm it starts moving and I have a really hard time trimming it out.. I keep crashing the AH-64D like 9 out of 10 attempts during take-off.. maybe I am just to stupid for helicopters... I am using the TM TFRP at the moment, I already considered switching to other rudder pedals (maybe the new WinWing??) but I dont think that that will help with my obvious lack of skills
  6. Next sale is coming for sure.. Most likely Spring-Sale.. (or Chinese New-Year? that would be soon...)
  7. Sounds pretty solid I would say... Personally I would throw in a few additional bucks and go for 64GB of RAM
  8. I did not find the post from ED but I think to recall that DCS MT is limited to 8 threads (or cores?) at the moment anyway...
  9. thanks for all your help.. After looking into the upgrade thing a bit deeper I might change plans... With the CPU and the GPU upgrade I would end up in changing my PSU aswell where I reach the point of overthinking the whole upgrade idea... Black Friday did not have the discounts I was hoping for and my current system is still running as it is... I guess after christmas I will start a completely new rig, possibly running a 7800x3d...
  10. thanks for your answers... I saw that video with the comparison between the two CPUs but on the other hand I wondered if these games really use multithreading since it is not that common in games (yet).. That is where I thought if DCS counts as game or as a multi-core application in this scenario...
  11. Hello, I am thinking for a long time now to update my rig since its not really a new one anymore... Still not too bad and I can run DCS but when I see some of the Screenshots in here I want more and some stutters are starting to really annoy me.. Anyway.. Currently I am running a 1600x and my Mainboard would be able to run a 5800X3D or a 5900X Price is pretty the same at the moment (the 59000X is slightly cheaper) but the big question is now on the impact of multithreading ... The 5800X3D is still THE CPU to go for gaming with the huge L3 cache but the 5900X has more cores and I wonder if DCS would benefit from the additional cores more than from the higher L3 cache.. Had anyone the opportunity to compare these two, because I really dont know what to go for... Next question will be GPU then...
  12. das is die F-18 oder nicht?
  13. Hey,, I guess you mean something like VoiceAttack https://voiceattack.com There are for sure other software solutions for that.. I never really used it just had a brief look into it but you can find lots of setup videos on youtube for VoiceAttack and DCS
  14. well when you calculate it down to the price per km^2 for a map I don't think it would make much of a difference
  15. Looking forward to start the DL as soon as I get home...
