Keep in mind providing logs is crucial, because it's impossible to investigate anything without these really. In the meantime, you can also try to use DCS log anaylzer to try to narrow down the cause by yourself:

found the source of the problem. Overclock on my 4090 doesn't work as it worked on 577 driver. When I reverted to 577 and overclocked to my usual profile that I've been using for 2 months, the game worked perfectly, as soon as I went back to 580.97 game started crashing again. When I played without overclock, no crashes

is there a fix for Op. Reforger 2 mission 5(chemical factory bombing). I vaguely remember that there was a fix and that there is something wrong with trigger after the bombing run, jester sends message good effect on target and we receive clear rtb. I flew to the tanker and then to the 2 lakes on the coast south-west of the base, took a turn following the coast at 4000ft until incirlik is at my 3 o'clock and turned to the base but I have never received call from the tower...

since the update DCS randomly crashes to desktop. I have the latest Nvidia driver 580.97, latest pimax play with latest pimax light firmware, rtx 4090, 7950x3D, all drivers up to date. If there is a discussion about this already, please point me to it.

I'm replaying Reforger campaign and there is no carrier crew on any of the missions and I have to hook to catapult manually. Is there any chance that there is a fix for carrier crew missing.

If it's CVN-74 or CV-59 there is no crew currently in DCS. Not a bug. You can hook to the cat manually with the U key and then launch with Lshift+U.
I did play that campaign few times and this is first time that I see it without crew

I'm having over-sweep problems after landing, I can only move it to 68 and have to fiddle with lever that I use for wing sweep and only every 10th time it works

I found a workaround - when any mission loads, just restart the mission before doing anything and the screen is back on. That's how I've been playing ever since MT became main version

I restarted the campaign and in the first mission there is no deck crew and I can't hook to catapult. I managed to take off with full afterburner from the back of the deck but that's not how the mission should work. After first trap, there is no crew again and I can't hook to the catapult.

@Reflected since response on the checklist is automated, it always gets stuck on harness locked and there is no way to acknowledge

Hi again
I've been playing the Clearing the way mission(7th I think), and I never get mission complete status. I kill few MiG-29s and rest just land, I keep flying wp2-wp3 until I get to bingo fuel and then return to the carrier. I hear messages of sam sites being down but I never get a message mission complete. Flew that mission 4 times with the similar kills and flying wp2-wp3 and none of the times I got the mission complete

@kaba I've been playing 3rd mission and UZI 2 and UZI 3 flights crash after takeoff every time, sometimes 1 of them, sometimes 2 or 3. AI wingman sometimes is circling around before joining the formation and doing it with full afterburner. I do the cold start as usual, and follow the operating procedures, taxi to cat 1, fly to 7nm from carrier before turning to wp1

I was flying Reforger 2 mission 5 2 times and both times skipped refueling as I had plenty of fuel to tell Jester in F10 menu to go direct RTB. Both times I flown route to Incirlik to the final approach some 7 miles away from runaway 5, tried flying around several times and repeating final approach pattern but haven't managed to trigger ATC to vector me for a flyover break. Had all correct altitudes as in any prior mission when RTB.
Is there any bug on triggers with and without refueling? Should I try to refuel or maybe to fix triggers?

I did it like that as when I did start playing the campaign again few weeks ago on the first run of that mission it looked like it's going to repeat the original bug, so I just restarted the mission and did the described to make sure I don't waste time that I have reserved for DCS

I managed to launch almost last(2 more pairs launched after me). I pressed F2 and position the view above the carrier deck and accelerated time until Enfield 1 started moving and then I started up and aligned INS. Got to catapult, launched and randevu with everyone else...

Please help me out with this one because it's driving me nuts for a while now
I have RTX 3090 on 5800X3D, asus PRIME X570-PRO, 32 GB RAM and Reverb G2 and I keep failing to achieve any decent frame rate no matter what settings I use. It's only playable if I set VR resolution in WMR to 66% or lower, but then it's all jagged and pixelated.
I'm using Open XR, Open XR tools(and toolkit), and starting DCS with an argument --force_enable_VR --force_OpenXR to avoid any steam vr involvement, I've tried cleaning up DCS, Repairing it, delete shaders(fxo and metashaders 2), I've followed every guide that I've found and never got any decent framerate.
What am I doing wrong? Should I just sell AMD and get intel? Is there a dedicated setup guide for DCS VR on AMD CPUs?

I have the same issue with tanker RTB by the time I reach WP3 to call for rejoin. Also, in first and second mission after I land and F2 to check out other planes, every single F-14 that went to hangar had it's wings fully spread and exploded at hangar entrance. In the first mission when I land and taxi to parking at the end of the runway everything is destroyed and burning

Mission 12 - scoring and triggers for end of mission are broken.
If I shoot down Yak, I get 50 points and start www3 which made me repeat the mission.
On the re-run of the mission I went for one group of the migs, splashed them both. Went back to the airfield. This time I decide to disobey the order and later message came through that the Beard has been arrested and that it's a good thing. I egres south as instructed, flew to the carrier and again news popped up that we did splash that Yak and that Russian president declared the war?? When I landed I had 0 points for the mission.
p.s. it already happened twice that when I marked positions on the F10 map and assigned them to nav points fixed, surface target and initial that my navigation messed up. Radar displayed 0 altitude on all of the contacts and all the nav points were shifted by 45 degrees and 60 miles.

Why instead of Stennis, there is USS Forrestal in last 2 missions of operation Reforger 2? Both campaigns are messed up!!
