  1. As far as I know the start/stop/reset is now binded to Rshift C. I see a blank-, half white dot, and a white dot in the aircraft clock when using the keybinding, but it doesn't effect the stopwatch hand. (Right little clock.) However it seems that the left little clock starts to count. Q: What is the function of the left little clock btw ? Found this YouTube movie: I think it's yours (Ironhand)?
  2. Problem: When I try to use the aircraft clock (Rshift c), it seems that the second hand always keep running no matter if I stop or reset the clock. Q: Does anyone use the clock to shoot missiles in succession? Can you give an example to use it to your advantage.
  3. You are absolutely right, Joyride is one of the best mission designers/creators. I hope he can share some more missions in the future!
  4. Hi Zabuza, Did you continue working on this project? Would love to have an English comprehensive manual.
  5. Consent to Release (CR) (3/9 or 5 MIL) From the IFFCC Test menu select the CCIP CONSENT OPT, press the DATA rocker on the UFC to select either 3/9 or 5 mil. By default, this will be set to OFF which provides Manual Release. When complete, place the IFFCC switch in the ON position. MAN REL - Manual Release (default) 3 / 9 Consent to Release - A hybrid of CCIP and CCRP allowing you to attack as you would in CCIP but pull up out of the attack and release the bomb out of a dive 5 Mil Consent to Release - A more accurate version of 3 / 9 requiring tighter release paremeters From the manual: CCRP mode only uses 5 MIL mode; MAN REL and 3/9 are not options. CONSENT TO RELEASE MODES : 3/9 - Solution Cue must pass through reticle 5 mils - Solution Cue must pass over reticle pipper. CCRP RELEASE MODE (LASER / IAM GUIDED ORDINANCE) - In CCRP mode don't need to ever put reticle over target. Can designate target via SPI from TDC, TGP or MAVERICK. - Can only use 3/9 release mode for Laser Guided bombs in CCRP - For ripple drops Desired Release Cue (DRC) puts middle bomb on target (for even # of bombs to ripple DRC brackets target point) - Bombing reticle only shows at >3 deg depression angle
  6. It would be nice if the AI could fly (attack-)profiles like these: Racetrack: http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3993375/Racetrack_attack#Post3993375 Circle orbit: http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3823141/Circle_orbit_2-ship#Post3823141 Pop up: http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3790617/Pop_up_pattern#Post3790617 That's my wish for now :music_whistling:
  7. Another pledge for an A10 version. I hope you can find some (spare) time, to make one without the Huey. Or make the Huey AI. I would really love to fly this one with some friends....
  8. The MK82 AIR is a 500 pound bomb modified with a BSU-49/B high drag tail assembly. The "ballute" air bag which deploys from the tail provides a high speed, low altitude delivery capability by quickly slowing the bomb and allowing the aircraft to escape the blast pattern. You are dropping too high. It's not designed for dropping at high altitude.
  9. Oh yeah, A10C "Guard" is working now! Thanks guys
  10. To make the UTM coordinate into a waypoint do the following: Find a safe area to do a wide orbit. Set your autopilot to ALT and then make a left or right banking level turn and hold it. Then engage the autopilot and ensure it is holding the turn and you have no elevation conflicts around you. The UTM coordinates will be in the form of 2 letters and 6 numbers. Make sure your STEER PT switch on your AAP Panel is set to FLT PLAN. Set your right MFCD to the CDU repeater function. *NOTE: If your CDU is not on the WAYPOINT PAGE, then hit the WP key on the CDU, or FUNC 3 on the UFC. This will bring up the page where you can choose to select WAYPOINT by hitting OSB 7. You should now be on the WAYPOINT PAGE and ready to continue. Hit OSB 10 to switch from the default L/L (Lat/Long) to UTM. Hit OSB 9 to select the number presented next to the question mark as your new waypoint. Using the CDU or the UFC, enter the 2 letters, and 6 numbers without spaces in the scratchpad. Hit OSB 16 to enter the UTM coordinate in to the computer. Verify the number entered is correct. Using the CDU or UFC keypad give your new waypoint a unique name eg: WP X and hit OSB 7 to change the name. Now turn your STEER PT dial on the AAP from FLT PLAN to MISSION. Use the UFC STEER rocker or with the HUD as SOI, DMS UP to cycle thru the waypoints until you see the unique name you created for this waypoint (WP X) Find your waypoint symbol on the TAD and then use the steering cues on the HUD to fly to your new waypoint.
  11. I need 4x MK84, for a Cmnd Center!
  12. I'm sorry to read how this thread is ending. A sad thing IMHO. Thanks to the guys of the 476th to share this with the community. And even more thanks for the explanation afterwards. I really appreciate that I'm able to fly as real as possible.
  13. As simple as unpause the game. Press the pause key on your keyboard and you are good to go.
  14. UFC - push FUNC key and then 0 (STEER) Select on one of your MFCD's the CDU page, and there you have the info like; distance, time to go, groundspeed, wind etc of your selected steerpoint. Just cycle your steerpoint to, for example your airfield.
  15. Thanks, for sharing this. Now the puzzle is coming together.
