Yeah I think so .Its still a Good Map ...And a classic training area for red flag type missions.

I did my Army service as service crew on the Hkp9 back in the 90 s ....... Not sure that the sight acually had a rangefinder.......... The whole system was built around using the helicopter from alreadyy preplanned firing positions mapped out around the battlefield they operated in. 1 company in a potential area for invasion by sea south of Stockholm , and 1 company in the area around certain rivercrossings by the finnish border.... there were never any "tankhunting"missions per se.....(Not the years i were around anyway)But i could be wrong , we did not tinker around much with the sight system.

Ive managed a few autolands ,But the last one i did in pitch Black....I got he hookup and The system took over, just to veer off and slammed my right wing into the deck just over the wires.......

Same here.... Love the Ajs (Ok i'm a Swede... So some local patriotism here :-) ) Gave it a rest for a while flying the Harrier... But took it up again recently..... This Module is a beast and i loe the detail... just started exploring the Recce capabilities and even that "No fight" experience is a blast skimming the the sea in poor weather searching ships........ Now i now what my uncle talks about (Former AF Major in the Stril/Groundcombatcontrol on our old local Recce wing at F13 Flotilla)

Hi Just wondering if i am a bit stupid or missing something... Starting tje intro seems to screw up my keyboard.....cant press F7 or Esc to quit and have to Alt ctr del to restart Dcs........is it something with 2.5 or what ?? I dont have this with any other campaign/mission.....Looking forward to do this one Cheers Mattias

Did my army service as Ground crew of the Hkp 9 in the 90 s Never Heard of a crew carrying spare missiles in the cargo compartment, it was used to hold the pilots combat gear and could house a stretcher for emergency casevac. We scurried around the outskirts of the "Battlefield" with All terrain Fuel/Ammotrucks setting up Quick farps for reloading/refueling during combat ops About 2-3 minutes for a Pair of Heloes to rearm/refuel then exit .....

Yeah i second on the clipped hud......Most of the time the hud aiming is at the top most position or beyond it /out of sight ....and if you lower your seat the ep 13 cross gets lowered too.....maybe a bug ...or just Track ir zoom issue ......But anyway .....with some (alot) of training you can get fairly desent with the Rb75 .....And i love the realism in that 80-90 ish sight ......It makes it a bit more interesting tthan A10c style Tankbusting ...������
