  1. after using LALT+C to switch between mouse pointer and mouse look, it will switch but mouse will not pan around the cockpit. i have checked to see if it was a saved games issue by renaming the file to "BACKUP_DCSOpenbeta" and running a slow repair to have DCS instate its own in Saved games. after the repair as well as the new folder, it still does not allow me to pan in the cockpit after switching the mouse pointer to the pan option. i have reset the default bindings of the mouse in the controls setup and still no joy. i run a Ryzen 9 5900x, nvidea 4090, 2tb samsung 980, 128GB RAM, Winwing orion2 PTO, virpil CM3/constilation prime/ throttle assembly/ thrustmaster TPR's, streamdeck, valve index VR. i have unplugged all these peripherals with the exception of keyboard and mouse to ensure there were no hardware conflicts and it still does not work.
  2. Because the listings of vehicles and aircraft are massive when selecting a role on multiplayer servers it would be nice to have a drop down filter in the menu to select and show only the airframes or vehicles that have been filtered to and filter out any others. so for example if i want to fly the F-18, i would be able to select the F-18 from the drop down filter and the list would only populate the f-18 spawn points and not anything else in the list.
  3. I am having major issues with this software. I am using the Valve index with Steam VR running first and then necksafer and DCS. I have used the standard values as well as custom values withing the app but when in DCS open beta stand alone (after re-centering), if i turn my head, i still have to do a 180 in my chair to see behind me. the app is not actuating but instead just gives strobe like flashes as I turn ( not the snap that is caused in the software). I have checked my base stations and they are perfectly aligned and at the proper height so it is not that. I am running a AMD 5600x, NVidea 3090 Super, 65 GB ram on a 2TB M2 SSD so it is not the system. I am at my wits end. I would really like to enjoy VR better but without something like necksafer it is difficult for me with 8 fused neck vertebrae.
  4. some of us have had neck surgeries or are disabled and cannot turn all the way back without pain. using something like necksafer gives us a better sense of reality and to wit we want to be able to use VR without pain.
  5. Dear ED, When respawning on any of the American carriers ( don't know about the others ), you A/C spawns on the catapult without the chock blocks being removed. When you give the command to remove them in the Ground Crew menu, it either states "unable to comply" or sometimes even states that "chock block are removed" but they are still present under the wheels and forces you into the ocean at take off. You need to either program the system to not have the chock blocks in place while respawning in the chute or fix it. currently the only way to not have this issue is to select a new role. This is not always possible when flying multi-player because each aircraft is already assigned. I also understand that this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. version of DCS used is DCS open beta.
  6. I recently downloaded DCS Device Manager to put a UFC on my Android tablet and I is not working as expected. I ended up DL'ing a different one and it works great. however I need to be able to disable the DCS Device Manager completely because it is still making actions in the game that I dont need. I am hoping there is a way to disable it without installing it completely because I may use it in the future, but until then, does anyone know of a way to just disable it. it is not listed in any of the in-game options, nor is there an option in the interface of the program that I can find.
