  1. A lot of the IFF functions are missing. Including CIT only trackfiles which would be similar to the Viper showing positive Mode 4 replies with no radar contact.
  2. After the recent patch my groups server is having this as well. With basically every unit from Su-24s to the Forrestal to E-2s and F-14s and even the new F-15E.
  3. As the title says. The F-15E Manual says However at startup the computer clock will begin at the miz start time, not the actual time. You can see in the attached screenshot the actual time on the clock at the bottom, while the computer time (UFC) is about 1.5mins behind.
  4. There isn't any other way to designate this track. Had he done a Fast Acq (Castle Right) it would have STT'd it. If he had pressed the Undes/NWS button it wouldve designated the other trackfile he had as it was was the Rank 1 trackfile.
  5. This would be a great feature to have. I hope ED models it.
  6. As of this recent update (2.8.0.33006) It seems to be in the game. If attached to a site, it will radiate along with the Fan Song but appears as a "U" on the RWR and can't be targeted by HARM.
  7. Currently in DCS the Straight-Line counter (SL) only appears when firing an AIM-7 in FLOOD mode (and even then, it doesn't change). The SL timer should only appear when firing a missile on an AOT target without a known range, such as when the target is jamming. Currently with a jammed target the range reads as 99.99 meaning the AIM-120s time to go is around 150 seconds. With an AOT file there should be no indicated range, and the timer in the HUD and RDR should be the SL timer, indicating how long until the missile reaches Rmax. There is some more nuance to the SL timer and more info can be found in the 742-100. AIM-7SLTest.trk AIM-120SLTest.trk
  8. The ATFLIR camera seems to clip through the left external tank enabling you to see straight through it.
  9. Any news? This is quite a longstanding bug now and seems very easy to fix. I have heard from many SMEs that tankers have A/A Tacan that only give a range with no bearing. Would be nice to get word from ED on the status of this.
  10. It would be very nice to get ALE-47 dispenser related advisories, D LOW and D BAD. Both of these advisories are detailed in the NATOPS. D LOW shows when an expendable reaches a pre set BINGO state. Much like the Vipers "LOW" warning. For DCS purposes this could just be a set number like 10 or 15 until we get a data cartridge. D BAD shows when a countermeasure misfire occurs. This one would probably have to wait until more failures are implemented. Attached is an image from a cruise video on YouTube.
