  1. Hi, this may be a small problem, but I noticed that the artificial horizon in the f-15c is inverted, that is it indicates a nose down attitude when climbing and the reverse. See screenshot. I'm in version 1.2.2.7122.
  2. I too have some trouble with DCS World, I downloaded it following the link from devrim/ricardo's hd pit mod and put the interleave.bmp in TempTextures, and it works, but the effect is on the ABRIS, not the Shkval  Ideas anyone?
  3. I have this problem as well, with my x-52 stick. Impossible to set the range accurately.
  4. The text filling the hud is, as far as I know, the raw data calculated for the weapons release, shown on the hud briefly so it can be recorded on guncam. You can turn it on an off in the test menu (can't remember what the option is called right now but it is under display modes).
  5. Hm. I stand corrected  Anyway, I might have nudged this thread off topic slightly, apologies.
  6. Also, in a real aircraft, one can break the glass on the altimeter to restore function in case of emergency (blocked static port). Maybe this could be implemented in the sim as well?
  7. Indeed interesting that you had that problem too. I've actually spendt some time trying to recreate it in other missions, my theory being that it had something to do with ins alignment, or something like that. It never occured to me that it had something to do with the mission, although I can't remember if I had the problem while playing the campain as well.. I'll try to find out, and maybe make a post in the BS Bugs forum.
  8. Aha, so that's what that is. It crashed for us during testing too, several times. It only seems to affect DCS Warthog, not Black shark for some reason... Hope ED brings a hotfix soon. Anyways, happy to see people are enjoying the mission :)
  9. Don't think so, if it is, it's on the cyclic stick, and those buttons aren't clickable anyways ;)
  10. In options there is something called Shkval Center, default RCtr+I, listed under Cyclic stick. Could this be what you are looking for?
  11. Hm... I'm not a 100% sure but I still belive it's the wind. According to the Rubicon it's 17 m/s, which is close to a gale ;) pretty sure one shouldn't go fly helicopters in that. I can try to remove the wind in the mission editor, see if it makes a difference. EDIT: Indeed, I removed the wind in mission 4 (The one where you must destroy a EW radar), and I got clearence to startup straightaway, and my wingman did the same. The mission used the dynamic weather system by default, so that's probably why I got clearence after waiting a bit when I played the mission the first time.
  12. I've had the same issue. I belive it is because the wind is too strong... I also noticed the AI wingman took his good time following me, probably because of the wind. If you wait a while, and keep asking for clearence, they will eventually give it to you, but I just took off anyway. mk
  13. Hi, I use the X-65f myself and have no problems with it. I have assigned Joy_slider1 to collective axis, and it works. Does your other axis work ok? (Cyclic pitch & roll, rudder)
  14. For what it's worth, Jeppesen simcharts, made for MS flight simulator, contain charts for a few of the airports in DCS, and should work fine. They have discontinued the program though, so no idea where you can get them now. Alternatively, try http://www.fscharts.com. GGTharos is probably right tho, I doubt that military and civilian aviation charts are the same.
