  1. I don't know how many active hornet pilots The State has, but I know from past experience the more pilots participating in a mission the more difficult or challenging it is to provide enough targets, A2A or A2G, for each pilot to engaged in, having flown for 1 1/2 to 2hrs or more without engaging any targets. How does The State relate to this challenge? Thank you for your reply!
  2. Does GW offer a carrier based squadron that follows NATOPS in a practical way, & if yes how many pilots do you have flying hornets? Has GW established coordinated events & if so when & what time/s?
  3. Not quite understanding, isn't Zulu & GMT the same time? In any event 2100z is 1600 EST.
  4. Do you have a carrier based squadron and what days of the week are exciting & challenging missions held?
  5. Do you guys have a division or more of carrier born hornets flying supportively together in cooperation with air forces to complete a mission? Do Navy pilots follow NATOPs in launch & recovery? Thanks for info!
  6. Was unable to easily find on website what times your training & mission events are regularly held. This would be helpful for time sake.
  7. I'd be most interested as an online veteran virtual hornet pilot to sign up if ever there's an alternate or additional mission day/night other than Saturday.
  8. Other than the CVW-9 (their schedule isn't a good fit for me), I'm looking for a carrier based hornet squadron flying the F/A-18 Rhino mod. I'd be very interested in your information as a veteran virtual hornet pilot.
  9. I'm definitely interested, however hard to consider joining without specifics re days & times of events. What's your online sim experience & leadership style?
  10. Wishing you guys flew your official missions on an additional day during the week so that pilots could have a choice between Wknds & Wed (for example), or even both times, same mission. I'd apply immediately if this were to eventuate.
  11. When are your coordinated squadron events? Weekends, weekdays, both. Are your missions created in-house or otherwise?
  12. Discord didn't work for me. Please explain your qualifications to be mission capable. What days/nights are coordinated events?
  13. Do you have any scheduled mission events during the week with full briefing & mission data cards, & pilot sign-ups?
  14. Curious if military sim means members are required to address "superiors" in rank or otherwise as "sir?" Does CJTF47 require experienced & proficient hornet drivers to step back and learn to fly a Goshawk, even if an applicant is a RL pilot? When are wing events held, i.e., day/nights of the week, time zone?
  15. Does "chill" & "relaxed" mean informal pickup flights and NATOPS ignored?
  16. Are the Griffins recruiting for hornet pilots? If so, website, discord, or other?
  17. Sounds exciting and a very cool website. It took me some time to find out your operational time zone. Is UTC +4, correct? You might consider including this time frame in your recruitment post.
  18. Looking for info on the 154th flying a F-22 Mod. Anyone have any info to contact them?
  19. 501 can answer for themselves of course but I think they look for a 50%/mo. attendance req. for Tue night U.S. time zone missions & one out of 2 other training nights (Th & Sun) with a loa notice if unable to attend Tues or either training times.
  20. au contraire, friend, it's the sound of freedom!
  21. Wouldn't be surprised if someone else wants to form a group of enthusiasts who only use TIR. Great virtual world we live in. Yeah?
  22. Would be helpful to indicate what day/nights & times cooperative missions are flown so as to not waste potential pilots' time in applying when their schedules are not compatible.
  23. What continent are we talking about here?
  24. Wow! Just curious, as per your rule #13 how do you "punish" your members who log false flight time? Sounds either kinky or abusive.
