  5. hi I encountered this problem. I press key for "weapon release" but the rockets dont get fired. I have to press a second time to fire them. this occurs very often. and kills the fun of the simulation.

  11. this key combination doesnt save it after exiting the game for future sessions found it. Didnt saw it on first reed. You can save the view.lua which is updated in the directory of config
  12. Found the perfect seat position. Can I save the current seat position for future sessions?
  13. Found perfect seat position. Can I save that somehow? Procedure is 1. Backup "Saved Games\DCS\Config\View\SnapViews.lua" so you can always revert if you mess something up. 2. Enter aircraft (disable TrackIR, etc. as req'ed) i.e. a cold start spawn 3. Check default snap view is selected i.e. Slew head position right with Num6, then tap Num5 to return to default/center view 4. Adjust FOV with Num/ and Num* and/or head position as req'ed (do not select another snap view until finished) 5. Once happy with the new default view, save it with RAlt+Num0 6. Exit the mission and confirm "Saved Games\DCS\Config\View\SnapViews.lua" has been updated i.e. has current date and time or the relevant P-51D section has updated. its solved. have a nice time.
  14. Will later bring in a screenshot. Can see through my cockpit and see the enemy. And even when Iam blackout I see the enemy.
  15. Hey I want to know how I can navigate with the sabre. As example I want to go to "Boulder City in Nevada" have I to check for the freq 116,7 for the NdB?(In Compass mode) I searched from 120-100kHz and didnt found anything. No needle swing no nothing nada. What am I doing wrong?
  16. I sometimes catch my own thrown bombs. Whats the max steep angle with the sabre? got it. I throw them by having negative g´s
  17. Hey is there a way to make that thing disappear, invisible? its always blocking to see if rockets are on or on auto or off. thanks edit: I use keys for the rocket settings now I think this is a good idea
  18. thank you I will try that out. Iam also asking for the default view of the sabre: Do you see those 6 or 12 instruments in default view or do you even see more of the cockpit? I got it to work again thanks the pic is my current default view.
  19. R Alt + Num0 makes my view go to the left and a bit down. it goes in a strange circle hitting the keys often. num 5 doesnt do anything. thats strange your help is appreciaited edit. me just forget to put trackir in pause mode? nah someting I doing wrong knowing not what
  20. strange this time it doesnt work I press alt + num0 and the point of view just get left and a little bit to the left anytime I hit the key alt + num0 and pressing 5 doesnt change anything
  21. does the bullet still stay in bullet shape or does it become fluid? the jet which gets hit is close to mach 1
  22. so we have a 50cal bullet from a f-86 which is luckily happy to fly into the turbine of the mig15bis. does the bullet melts away and a fluid of hot iron hits the motor? and so the damage is done with a fluid or is the bullet still intact and hard? so which material is the bullet of the f-86 made off? and which temperature does the exhaust have of the mig15bis? does it even reach 3000f?
  23. num pad is active : nothing happens when I press ralt+num0 when trackIr is the running application edit: after trying your key combination I had no change in the view. I searched for the problem and found out you have to press num5 and its centered. now its centered
